Desire’ Dubounet Curriculum Vitae
These are the certificate related qualifications of most of my life. These are at least the ones I remember best. Many of these have been lost in moving and in divorcing some of my Five wives. I have seen little reason to bother in replacing them and less reason to satisfy the small petty minds of persons motivated to find fault in others. The certificates I still have are in a folder. If there is any difficulty verifying any of these please call. But petty small minded people with negative agendas, often are only interested in slanderous lies, not truth. Due diligence and open honesty would be a more professional manner. But the picayune mediocre minds are not professional. It is always amazing that one person with an open mind can read this list and be astounded, and another will find one or two simple discretionary misunderstandings and be dissuaded. In other words people find what they want to find not what is there. But for the exercise of due diligence, I print this record of the partial pathway and just the certificate record of my life. Belief me, my life is far more incredible than this list. Ultimately the experience of education is an internal one not an external one. As such a person learns where ever they are. This list is just a historical documentation of the travels of my mind and a record of stops along the way. It is not very important for intellect people who go thru life judging teachings not the teacher. But for the small minds that value paper over people, I publish this list with pride and dismay at it’s length. If there is any concern what so ever please call and we can have an anal retentive conversation about the items. A discussion of history and a recollection of the path of my life, but this path in no way validates my persona. They validate the path. The books, the articles the ideas come from me not the path. To validate me you should encounter me, my books movies, music might offer you the only way. My path was dramatically less traditional than most. Some of the Institutions have closed or were pressured. I am not aware of most of these slanderous efforts. As I become aware they are removed from the list. The most important legal validation will come from my Ohio license and the IMUNE credentials, call if there is any difficulty finding validation of anything.

Provider Of Information and International Lawyer Employment Contract 2003-1-15
This contractual agreement is entered between the Eclosion kft. Maitreya kft. and Desire’ Dubounet (henceforth referred to as Provider). This contract is validation that Desire’ is employed as an International Lawyer for consultation on regulatory affairs.The Provider was instrumental in setting up the Eclosion and Maitreya kft. company but has since stepped out of Eclosion and Maitreya kft. in order to become a provider of information and the legal international lawyer for the firms. Being the inventor and developer of the EPFX and SCIO system, the provider has the most amount of information on its history and use and invaluable experience. Having sold and transferred the rights of ownership to the investors under Hungarian law, Prof. Nelson has the right of free expression as a provider of information. Nelson renounces all profit or any rights to any profits made by Eclosion or Maitreya kft. Nelson renounces all title and dominion or any rights to any interests made by Eclosion or Maitreya kft. This suspension or escrow of ownership is official under Hungarian law. Civil Covenant code 193-42 item A Section 69. Transfer of ownership to QX ltd is active at present. William Nelson is not an owner of QX ltd. The term of the contract is for ten years with yearly renewal with mutual agreement. The jurisdiction of the contract is European Law and all judicial conflicts will be resolved in Budapest, Hungary. 1. Provider agrees to act as a Provider of Information and International Lawyer for the Eclosion kft. The duties involve ethical execution of the following : A. Presentation of electrical bio-medical-engineering principles used in making and operating the EPFX / SCIO device and software. B. ethical supervision of other providers of information and disclaimer of personal opinions C. Presentation of clinical and medical research D. legal consultation on regulatory and international affairs 2. Eclosion agrees to pay to or for the Provider the following: A. a monthly honorarium retainer of 100,000 forint per month. B. a daily honorarium for each official three hour plus lecture day of 20,000 forint per day when traveling and lecturing. C. cover all travel and lodging expenses for Provider and his assistant. Travel must be arranged at standards agreed to by provider. 3. MUTUAL REFERRALS Both parties agree to refer to each other inquiries from prospective clients whose requirements are best served by the other party. This applies to business inquiries posted either on or off the Internet. 4.CONFIDENTIALITY Both parties agree: 1) not to disclose to any unauthorized personnel organization confidential information and trade secrets concerning Eclosion multimedia material products, technologies and related business arrangements; 2) to share in a timely fashion market intelligence which include, but are not limited to, surveys, complaints and rumors. 5. COVENANT NOT TO COMPETE, DISCLOSE, OR DISPENSE Both parties agree not to engage in any business activities competitive with each other. Provider agrees not to try to distribute or disclose in any fashion material or multi media material owned by Eclosion . Any breaking of this aspect of the agreement will result in a $50,000 USD fine payable immediately from Provider to Eclosion. A bond for the amount can be requested by Eclosion. 6. JURISDICTION In case of any irreconcilable dispute between the parties, this agreement shall be interpreted, enforced according to the law of the country where Eclosion establishes its headquarters.(presently Budapest, Hungary) The individuals whose signatures appear below are bona_fide to enter into this agreement for their respective parties. Eclosion and Maitreya kft. : Provider: Witness: No amendment to this agreement shall be binding on either party unless the amendment is in writing and executed by both parties with the formality as this agreement. __(END OF DOCUMENT) –
