PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS Board Member Negra welcomed Oren Bachman as Director of Finance and Gary Hollinger as Director of Administration. Chairman Brion also noted that any comment or discussion regarding Personnel matters from the Bureau of Human Resources should be reserved until an Executive Session that would be held toward the end of the meeting.
