learning uniting with the cross of faith in a triangle. The triangle, a symbol of strength, represents the students, par- ents, and teachers cooperating to achieve stability and integrity. Above the triangle, the letters A-M stand for “Ave Maria”; the Blessed Virgin Mary is the patroness of Chaminade. The motto, “Fortes in Unitate” -- strength in unity -- expresses the goal of the school, to promote its educational work through the strongly united efforts of students, parents and teachers.
