Monday, August 26, was a day to remember for all members of the Class of 2023 and their parents. The students, as well as their parents, join a new family when they begin at Chaminade. The 3C SOCIAL provides a welcome to the newest members of the Parents Club. While the new freshmen visited their homerooms and received iPads and gym uniforms, parents met with administrators and learned more about the academic program. After the presentation, students and parents joined together in the Activity-Athletic Center (AAC) for refreshments. A more formal affair, the luncheon included remarks by Chaminade President Bro. Thomas J. Cleary, S.M. ’81 and the chance to win some highly-desirable raffle prizes. On December 7, the CHRISTMAS COCKTAIL PARTY closed out the Fall calendar for the Parents Club. A festive gathering, parents could meet many of Chaminade’s teachers and staff and celebrate the holiday season. One lucky set of parents even left with a half-tuition prize!
