Directions

From Rte. 128 North and South: • On 128 North or South, take Route 1, exit 15A towards Dedham. • Follow all the way onto the VFW Parkway which is also Route 1. • After approximately six miles, you will pass Harvard Vanguard on the left and a Shell gas station on your right. • At the next traffic light past the Shell station, take a left on South Street. • Bournewood Hospital in on the right, the second driveway past Clearwater Road, marked by the Bournewood Hospital sign. • Visitors must check in at the reception desk in The Stedman Building, the main administration building located at the back of the property.

Directions: Route 9 East towards Boston: • Traveling from Route 9 East towards Boston, pass the Chestnut Hill Mall and take a right at Hammond Street. • Continue about one mile to the rotary. Go ¾ of the way around the rotary and take Newton Street to the stop sign. • At the stop sign, the street forks. Follow the street to the right, up the hill, and take a right at the set of lights onto South Street. • Follow South Street, and cross over Grove Street at the blinking light. • Continue on South Street, passing four side streets on the left, to 300 South Street. The driveway to the campus is marked by the Bournewood Hospital sign. • Visitors must check in at the reception desk in The Stedman Building, the main administration building located at the back of the property.

Directions: Route 9 West towards Framingham: • From Route 9 West towards Framingham, take a left on Hammond Street at the Longwood Tennis club. • Continue about one mile to a rotary, go ¾ of the way around the rotary, and take Newton Street to the stop sign. • At the stop sign the street forks. Directions: From Boston: • From Boston, take the Jamaicaway, which is also called Route 1 South, at Faulkner Hospital to the VFW Parkway, also known as Route 1, to a rotary. • Through the rotary, continue on Route 1 to the next stop light which is South Street. • Go right on South Street. • Bournewood Hospital is on the right, the second driveway after Clearwater Road. The driveway to the campus is marked by the Bournewood Hospital sign. • Visitors must check in at the reception desk in The Stedman Building, the main administration building located at the back of the property.

Directions: By MBTA: • Bournewood Hospital is accessible by MBTA from Forest Hills on the Orange Line or Cleveland Circle station on the Green Line. • At the Forest Hill station, take the Cleveland Circle Bus, number 51 via Putterham. • From Cleveland Circle, take Forest Hills bus, number 51 via Putterham. • Bournewood Hospital is in short walking distance via South Street from the Putterham bus stop. • Please note that there is no bus service on Sundays or holidays.
