Cost of Tender form (@0.03% of Estimated Cost) (Non-refundable) in the shape of Call Deposit (CDR) (in original) shall be provided before closing time. 3. Financial Bid should be submitted online / electronically and CDR (in original) & other relevant documents should reach in this office in sealed envelope on or before the closing date & time. 4. Electronic Bids will be displayed Online on E-Bidding System after 30 minutes of closing time in the presence of bidders / their representatives who chose to be present. 5. The contractors quoting their bids more than 10% below on Engineer's Estimate shall submit an Additional Bid Security equal to 8% of the bid cost along with the 2% bid security at the time of bid submission. 6. If the successful contractor who has quoted a rate more than 10% below on the Engineer Estimate and has repudiated the contract, the entire security deposit i.e. 2% bid security along with 8% additional bid security shall be forfeited in favor of the Government. 7. The bidder are required to quote their rates (electronically) "ABOVE / BELOW / AT PAR" for both priced BOQ / Engineer Estimate based on MRS -2020 applicable and NSI Items as well. Only two digits after the decimal point shall be considered for evaluation purpose. 8. Any bidder who provides incorrect information shall stand disqualified & de-barred. 9. Time allowed for the completion of the work as specified in the NIT shall start from the issuance of Work Order. 10. Electronic Bids validity period is 90-days. 11. Successful Bidder should sign the agreement with the department within Twenty Eight (28) days after issuance of Work Order.
