The scheme was approved by the PDWP meeting held on 21.09.2020. Minutes forwarded by P&D Department letter No. Chief/INF/P&D/170-01/2020/2592-260 dated 24.09.2020. 2. The expenditure involved will be met out from the Sanctioned budget under the function cum-object classification 04-Economic Affairs-045-Construction & Transport-0452-Road Transport-045202-Highways Road & Bridges (NC 12064) under Grant 56 during current financial year (2020-21). 3. The Administrative Approval does not constitute any sanction to design rates provided in the rough cost estimate. The suitability of design & financial responsibility of the rates rests with the authority competent to accord technical sanction to the cost estimate. 4. The sanctioning authority shall allow appropriate rates after observing all codal formalities/ standing instructions regarding schedule of rates and financial regularity. The work shall be taken in hand after release of funds and proper technical sanction of the cost estimate. 5. As per decision of the Competent Authority dated 22-09-2015 that Road should not have less than 18 feet width except in built-up area or in the area where R.O.W is restricted and require acquisition of land.
