Saturday, 6 June 19:00 Rotary’s Carnival 40

An unforgettable night where you will experience a typical Brazilian Carnival party and all the glamour and energy of a Samba School Parade. The event will take place in the VIP area of the São Paulo Sambadrome (adjacent to the main convention venue), where the Carnival parade takes place every year. Water and soft drinks are included in the ticket price. Food and beverages will be available for sale. Transportation via the RI transportation system.

Conductor João Carlos Martins and Sunday, 7 June 20:00 135 Vai-Vai Percussionists Concert Designed in 1925, Sala São Paulo is one of the most important concert halls in Brazil. It is the perfect setting for a concert that mixes the beauty and sophistication of classical music with the Brazilian flavor and rhythm of Carnival. Tickets are limited. Transportation between official hotels and the venue arranged by the Host Organization Committee.

Ivete Sangalo is one of Brazil’s greatest entertainers and winner of two Latin Grammy Awards. She has been the most successful singer in the country in the last decade, with over 16 million albums sold. Location: Espaço das Américas. Tickets are limited. Transportation between official hotels and the venue arranged by the Host Organization Committee.

A service fee of $2.50 will be charged for each ticket. Total All prices are in U.S. dollars and include all taxes.

TERMS & CONDITIONS / TICKETING INFORMATION

1. Host event tickets may be purchased only by convention registrants themselves, their registered convention guests, and members of their immediate families. Ticket requests will be processed in the order in which they are received, until the event reaches capacity. Host event tickets are transferable. 2. Host event tickets may be purchased online until 15 May 2015. After that, tickets may be purchased on-site at the Host Events Ticket Booth based on availability, 5-9 June 2015. 3. All host event ticket orders will be confirmed in the order in which they are received. Upon receipt of payment, e-tickets will be provided to each participant via email. 4. You may cancel your ticket order to any host event until 15 May 2015 (remember that tickets are transferable). If you cancel before 15 May 2015, you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations received after 15 May 2015 are nonrefundable. 5. The Host Organization Committee will refund ticket orders in full if the 2015 RI Convention or any promoted event is canceled, but takes no responsibility for any travel-related costs incurred by Rotarians and their guests. 6. Prices for host event tickets purchased on-site at the 2015 RI Convention will be approximately 20% higher than online prices.
