SHUTTLE BUS SCHEDULE

Tuesday, June 26* General Conference Busing: Shuttle bus service will be provided to all hotels on a limited schedule. A limited schedule means shuttles will depart at the Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 12:OO AM* top of every hour. Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 12:OO AM Wednesday, June 27-Saturday, June 29 shuttle service will be Thursday: 6:00 AM – 12:OO AM provided from the following hotels to the Kay Bailey Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:OO AM Hutchison Convention Center. The pick-up area for each hotel Saturday: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM will be clearly marked outside of the hotel entrance.

Shuttle buses will run continually during the schedules listed above. The pick-up/drop-off location at the Convention Center will be Lower Lobby DEF.

If you are unable to board a traditional motor coach and require special transportation accommodations, please call (512) 387-0535 between the hours of 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, at least two hours in advance of your required departure time, to schedule your trip.

DART RAIL INFORMATION Conference delegates staying at the following hotels will receive a DART Rail pass to travel to the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center:

DART Rail passes will be available for pick-up at each hotel on Tuesday, June 26 from 3:00 – 7:00 PM and Wednesday, June 27 from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. The pick-up will be in the lobby of each hotel. The Convention Center is serviced by the Red Line and Blue Line on DART. Schedules for both lines can be found at dart.org/schedules.

Additional personnel will be located strategically between each hotel and DART Station to help direct HOSA Conference delegates and answer questions.

Competitive Event DART Rail Transportation – El Centro Community College Only The following events have round two skills taking place at El Centro Community College.

Competitors who advance in these events, as well as event personnel managing the events, are responsible for arriving to the event location via DART from the Convention Center. The DART stop for El Centro Community College is the WEST END RAIL STATION, two stops or 6 minutes from the Convention Center. Competitors who do not have a DART Rail pass should go to the Competitive Events Headquarters located at Omni Arts District 6.
