In the 400s, Åker manor farm in Vang became a centre of power and moot where laws were passed and judgements made for the entire Mjøsa region. Hamar was fi rst mentioned as a market town in the mid-1000s, when Harald Hardråde led his men along Mjøsa in order to defeat the Oppland chieftains. Hamar became an episcopal seat in 1152, THE RAILWAY STATION: Hamar railway station is a and for the next 400 years it was one of the monumental and spectacular building from 1896, country's most important towns. However, with a beautiful park on its doorstep after the Reformation, the church and the town were in ruins. Hamar Cathedral was burned down by the Swedish king's army in 1567, and the cobbled streets and the monks' herb gardens were neglected and left to overgrow. It was not until 1849 that a new town was founded a couple of kilometres south of the original see. The intention was for Hamar to be the administrative centre for the region. In order to stimulate trade, the town's communication links were vastly improved. In 1862, the country's second railway line, Hamar - Grundset, was opened, and the town council arranged for the building of roads and bridges to the south and to the east as well as an excellent communication link across Mjøsa - both summer and winter. The workshop is fully equipped for production of graphic art, and the artist Jon Olav Helle will be in charge when the workshop opens the public. A Munch trail has also been designed, and features four displays positioned at locations in Løten to which Edvard Munch had a connection. In addition, a photo point by Engelaug farm will open in June, and at the same time an information centre will open at Klevfos. Bente Elin Lilleøkseth ordfører www.hamarregionen.no 6 Ringsaker Ringsaker municipality Ringsaker municipality stretches from Mjøsa, Norway's largest lake, to the Ringsaker mountains with peaks reaching over 1000 metres high, and can offer peace and quiet as well as a diverse range of activities. In the Ringsaker mountains, there are exciting adventures to be found - all year round. Sjusjøen is probably the best known location, and offers a wide choice of cabins as well as unique skiing and biking conditions. The cultural landscape at Nes and Helgøya is beautiful and ideal for days out. Here you can cycle Helgøya round, visit unique speciality shops, enjoy good food or take a look at some of the area's manor farms open to the public. At Jessnes, an idyllic spot has been carefully adapted for swimming, boating and various activities. For a more urban experience, the places to visit are Moelv and Brumunddal. Both towns can offer an exciting shopping experience somewhat out of the ordinary. In Ringsaker you will fi nd a vibrant cultural scene. The Ringsaker opera is unique. Ringsaker is also Alf Prøysen's municipality, and a visit to the Prøysen Museum and Home and the Prøysen Cottage is highly recommended. A warm welcome to Ringsaker! When visiting Stange, do not miss the Pilgrims' Way featuring Stange Church, our Millennium Site, dating back to the 1200s. If you fi nd yourself in Stange Vestbygd in the afternoon, enjoy the sunset from a bench at Lahlumshøgda and you will be treated to a picture postcard view not easily matched. But Stange municipality is far more than just the fertile areas in the west. To the east and north, the manor farms give way to smallholdings. In these areas the soil is not rich, it is barren.     Rapport nr. 5/1999 Kommunal avløps- og slambehandling Sammenstilling av nøkkeltall, utslipps- og driftsdata Årsrapport for 1998 av Steinar 0stlie - 3 - Innledning Årets rapportering på avløpssektoren er den første der kommunene i Hedmark har rapport elektronisk til fylkesmannen. Omleggingen har i hovedsak gått veldig bra, med noen få unntak. Kvaliteten på rapporteringen er også blitt stadig bedre. Det gjelder spesielt kommunenes rutiner for å frambringe økonomiske data, drifts data og utslippstall. Fylkesmannen har særlig anmodet kommunene om å fokusere på å framskaffe sikrere data for utslipp fra overløp og ledningsnett. Mange kommuner har nå installert utstyr og etablert rutiner for registrering av utslipp fra overløp på nettet. Når det gjelder lekkasjer og ukjente tap fra ledninger, varierer kommunenes oppgitte, relative tapstall svært mye. Måle- og beregningsusikkerhet må anses å være utilfredsstillende stor. Selve metodikken for vurdering og beregning av utslipp må også forbedres. Der data ikke er oppgitt fra kommunen, er ukjente tap er satt til 5 % av fosforproduksjonen, unntatt for helt nye ledningsnett, der tapsprosenten er satt til 2 %. Fylkesmannen vil oppfordre kommunene til å fastsette miljømål for lokale vannforekomster. God utslippsdokumentasjon er påkrevet for å følge opp disse målene, ildce minst er dette viktig med tanke på at det i relativt nær framtid kan være aktuelt å delegere mer myndighet til kommunene. I den sammenheng er det betenkelig at enkelte ildce synes å ha tilstreldcelig ressurser til å følge opp egne mål og statlige krav på avløpssektoren. 29 renseanlegg (38 %) har registrert en eller flere overskridelser av rensekrav for 1998, mot 32 anlegg (44 %) i 1997. Det er fortsatt parametrene Kl og K2 for total fosfor (tot-P) som har flest overskridelser, men nedgangen er samtidig også mest markant for disse parametrene (hhv.

The two upper sub-zones of the Lower Didymograptus Beds (3 b) appear in limestone-trilobite facies at Heramb, Ringsaker, Nor­ way. The layers at Heramb correspond to the Planilim:bata Limestone, or part of it, and the beds are correlated with corresponding deposits elsewhere in Scandinavia. The 3 b sediments are deposited in a more or less closed basin on the Scandinavian Foreland. In this basin the different facies of the 3 b sediments have a dtstinct distl'libution. The trilobites from the upper sub­ zones of 3 b at Heramb are described, among them three new trilobite species: Megalaspis Tingsakerensis sp. n. Ptychopyge herambensis sp. n. mi-noT sp. n. Brumunddal er administrasjonsstedet og har gjennomgått en omfattende opprustning de siste årene som følge av kommunens satsing på byutvikling og befolkningsvekst. Byens sentrumsgater har blitt totalrenovert og fremstår nå i ny skrud med granitt og gatestein, belysning, vakker beplantning og offentlig kunst. Ringsaker kommune er i stadig vekst og har i dag en oppadgående befolkningskurve som nærmer seg 34.000 ringsaksokninger. Neste prosjekt er etablering av nye Brumunddal Torg. Sentralt plassert i tilknytning til gågata (totalrenovert 2010/2011) med butikker, bank og kontorer og midt mellom byens to kjøpesentre ligger det nye torget som etableres med byggestart vinteren 2013.

Faggrunnlag til handlingsplan mot fremmede arter i Innlandet (DNV Rapport 2020:25) Sammendrag: I Innlandet er det per desember 2020 registrert 519 fremmede arter, hvorav 187 er i høye risikokategorier på fremmedartslista 2018. I tillegg er det minst 40 arter som har potensial til å etablere seg i Innlandet innen 50 år. Mens noen fremmede arter er mer eller mindre harmløse mot norsk natur, så kan andre utgjøre en vesentlig risiko ved å fortrenge eller hybridisere med stedegne arter, eller ved å endre naturtyper og økosystemer. I denne rapporten er det redegjort for trusselen som fremmede arter utgjør mot naturen i Innlandet og det er gitt forslag til arter og områder som bør prioriteres for tiltak. Det er valgt ut 17 arter og artsgrupper som bør ha særlig fokus i Innlandet. For hver av disse er det utarbeida faktaark med forvaltningsrelevant informasjon. Det er også redegjort for øvrige fremmede arter i høye risikokategorier som er registrert i Innlandet, samt fremmede arter som i nær fremtid kan etablere seg i fylket (dørstokkarter). Videre er det sammenstilt en oversikt over geografiske og økologiske områder som anses spesielt viktige for fylket og det er gjort en vurdering av den samla belastningen av fremmede arter i disse områdene.
