Vinification: Low temperature maceration precedes fermentation to give a supple and fruity wine. Maturing: In temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. THE TERROIR Officially created in 2011, the Appellation Coteaux Bourguignons forms a family of red, white and rosé wines produced from all regions within Greater Bourgogne, thus including the Auxerrois, the Côtes de Nuits and the Côtes de Beaune, the Côte Chalonnaise, the Mâconnais and even into the Beaujolais region. DID YOU KNOW? Wines with the label AOC Coteaux Bourguignons can be produced from the different grape varieties grown in the Greater Bourgogne region; either in a blend or as a single variety (monocépage). For red and rosé wines the main varieties are Pinot Noir and Gamay but we also find César in vineyards around Auxerre. The main varieties for making white wine are Chardonnay, Aligoté, Melon de Bourgogne, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris. vincod.com/UL788E The legendary little knight character that appears on our bottles and on all our branding truly captures the essence of La Burgondie.
