• How do I pay? In order to secure your dates, we will need 3 payments; €50 non- refundable deposit to be paid immediately. Within 7 days of the event, the 50% balance unless otherwise agreed. In case of damages to the equipment, we require an additional fully refundable damages deposit of €100 which will be paid at the latest, on the day of the event, this will be returned to you when we collect the next day. We will provide you with a contract and inventory list on the delivery day. In order to confirm the reservation we will need a photographic ID and one proof of address. • What happens with the damages deposit? We require a fully refundable damages deposit of €100 which is payable at the latest, on the delivery day. We do not expect you to wash any of the equipment however should any of the equipment be excessively dirty, damaged or lost items, we will deduct the extra cleaning charges and repair costs from the deposit. We will provide you with a contract and inventory list on the delivery day. • Cancellation and refunds policy Unfortunately we cannot cancel events within 7 days and we cannot refund any money. If you need to change the dates before the 7 days, we will transfer the €50 booking deposit but we cannot guarantee any specific dates as we do get booked up months in advance. If you are worried about this please contact us as we really want your children to have their party and will do our best to try to accommodate you. TEEPEE PARTY FAQ’s

• Can I buy a teepee? Yes you can! All our teepees are hand-made right here in Marbella and therefore all are made to the highest standards. If you would like to buy a customized teepee prices start at €60. • What is the hire period? Set up / delivery will be between 10am and 6pm on the first day of the hire. We will agree a delivery time with you and we need you to be there to accept and sign for the equipment or we cannot deliver. If you are unable to be there please inform us who will be there to collect the equipment as we will need to write this in the delivery details and they will be required to sign on your behalf. We may have several locations to deliver to on that day so we cannot guarantee delivery at another time if you are not there. Collection will be between 12pm and 6pm on the day of collection. This can vary when we have multiple locations and a time will be agreed with you. • We require parking directly outside your house during the set up and collection of our equipment. Our equipment is heavy so we kindly ask you to arrange for parking directly outside your house. If we are not able to park directly outside we may require your assistance to carry the equipment for set up and collection. We thank you for your understanding. • How much space do I need for the teepees? Every teepee including foam/ inflatable mattress measures 1m x 2m. • Where can we set up the teepees? Our teepees are not waterproof so ideally they should be located indoors, however depending on the time of year and weather forecast we may be able to set up the teepees outdoors… this is normally possible on the Costa del Sol. As we will need to use waterproof mats to protect our mattresses and sheets, we will need to charge an extra €20 per tee pee. Please understand that our equipment is heavy so if you would like to have the party upstairs or in a basement we will require you to assist us to carry the equipment. • Are the teepees, lights and lanterns safe? Our teepees are made in Marbella in our warehouse so we know they are durable and safe. We use only battery powered lights and lanterns as part of our packages and we also provide extra batteries so no party will be left in the dark. • How long in advance should I book? Teepee slumber parties are brand new to the Costa del Sol and we are receiving a lot of bookings, especially on Friday and Saturday nights! To avoid disappointment, please book your slumber party at least 3 months in advance especially if you require a specific theme as we may need to source decorations if we do not have them in stock. Each teepee party is different and it's important that we have time to prepare your unique party. • How long will it take to set-up? A party of 5 will generally take approximately 1 hour to set up. In order to help us set up the party quicker we ask you to please help us by making sure we have enough space to set up the party correctly by moving all furniture and cleaning the area before we arrive.
