Junior Ravens Baseball – Coach Profiles Andre Robidoux has been Head Coach of the Carleton University Ravens for close to a decade, leading the team to multiple Northern Conference representations and 2017 Championship Finalists at the Canadian University (CCBA) Nationals. Coach Robidoux developed his amateur baseball career as part of Team Northern Ontario. He has been a devoted instructor to young competitive baseball players in the National Capital region including three years as a head coach for the Ottawa Knights U18 and U15 teams as well as Director of Player Development. Matti Emery has been coaching professional and amateur baseball for over 15 years. He is a former professional baseball player and manager in Europe including a two-time Bundesliga All-Star. Emery is the Head Coach of the Estonian National Team, Associate Coach of the Capital City Reds and assistant coach with the Carleton University Ravens. He is a graduate of the University of Bridgeport (NCAA Div 2) baseball program where he attended on Athletic/Academic scholarship. Matti has managed large-scale youth development baseball camps and is the former President of the Canadian Collegiate Baseball Association. Ryan Norris is pitching coach with the Carleton Ravens. He is a certified OBA coach, former assistant coach for the Oshawa Legionnaires and graduate of Durham College baseball. Daniel Cordero is a Venezuelan-born, former professional baseball player from the Atlanta Braves organization. He pitched for two seasons with the Ottawa Champions, including the 2016 CAN/AM championship squad posting a career 3.72 ERA over 232 innings. Cordero has been involved in youth coaching in the Ottawa area since his retirement in 2017. .
