Gulfstream Market Update Q4 • 2018 LOS ANGELES | NEWPORT BEACH | WEST PALM BEACH | CHICAGO | EUROPE GULFSTREAM MARKET UPDATE Q4 • 2018 2018 continued its upward trend and ended the year with both new and used deliveries and orders up Quarter 4 over 2017. However, the big-bang Q4, that so many projected, seemed to be over by mid-November aided by an increasingly caustic political environment, slowing GDP (worldwide), wild stock market 2018 gyrations and finally the threat of a Government shut down that materialized by the end of the Qtr. It wasn’t a bad quarter, it just wasn’t a great quarter as buyer caution outweighed the tax benefit fueled Gulfstream G200 2 activity, which we began seeing in Q2 & Q3. The caution was also evident in aircraft activity which on a Gulfstream G280 3 whole was down 0.5% Year over Year according to flight tracking data from Argus International. Gulfstream GIV-SP 4 The future remains exciting nonetheless. We saw new certifications in 2018 of the G500 and Global Gulfstream G450 5 7500. 2019 will celebrate more exciting aircraft with the G600, Global 5500/6500 and Embraer Praetor 400/500 all due for certification. We expect 2019 to be a tougher growth year as new models will be in Gulfstream GV 6 low ramp up production rates and the inventory of later model pre-owned aircraft remain low. Gulfstream G550 7 How does this affect the Gulfstream pre-owned market? Q4-18 saw a nice jump in activity for both Gulfstream G650 8 pre-owned and new sales, with an 18% and 63% rise respectively. The G500 is now in service and in the Gulfstream G650ER 9 hands of customers both domestically and abroad, and the G600 should be entering service later this year. Owners can look forward to the impressive speed capabilities of both aircraft combined with the legendary Gulfstream cabins. Across the pre-owned market, inventory levels rose roughly 4%, with all tracked models remaining below 10% of the fleet for sale. GIV-SP’s and G450’s saw an amazing year for pre-owned sales, while the newer and larger G650 and G650ER’s slowed down to round out the year. This issue is bigger, more comprehensive and has generated even more interest than the inaugural issue. Response to our market survey was even higher. As promised, we would try to make each issue better than the last, so you will hopefully notice some positive changes. These include an expanded “Mood & Intentions” survey questions and analysis with responses up and from a better cross section across the Asia Pacific region, a bolstered “Economics” data and outlook provided by Morgan Stanley Research, an expanded and better segregated “OEM Activity” section, an adjusted “Market Dynamics” segment to dampen the sensitivity of underlying assumptions, and a visually-improved presentation format for our “Market Summary”.

Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport Airport Master Plan Update CHAPTER 4 FACILITY REQUIREMENTS The existing and future facility needs of Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport (Metro or Airport) are the focus of this chapter. The facility needs are based on the Airport’s existing facilities, aviation activity forecast, and Jefferson County’s strategic vision and direction for the future of the Airport and community. Specific facility expansion and airport development alternatives to meet the future facility needs are addressed in Chapter 5, Identification, and Evaluation of Alternatives. 4.1 SUMMARY A summary of the facility development needed to accommodate the forecast growth at Metro is provided in this section. Certain identified facilities will need further analysis based on the recommended development alternatives. Key conclusions from the facility requirement analysis include: • Critical aircraft changes from a Grumman Gulfstream II to a Gulfstream G550, which is an adjustment in Aircraft Reference Code (ARC) from D-II to D-III. (See section 4.2.2 - Critical Aircraft Identification and Airport Reference Code) • The demand capacity ratio is expected to grow throughout the planning period from 54 percent today to 93 percent in 2030. Additional airfield capacity analysis should be done to support major airfield investment decisions, and to help reduce the Annual Service Volume (ASV) ratio during this planning period. (See section - 4.3.2 Airfield Capacity) • The runway magnetic azimuths for Runways 11L/29R, 11R/29L and 2/20 are several minutes over the existing declination; therefore, the runways are in need of a redesignation. The redesignation should be timed to correspond with the pavement maintenance or improvements to the runways.

AC 90-100 COMPLIANCE TABLES AFS-410 FLIGHT OPERATIONS GROUP Revised 4/13/2020 Table of Contents Directions Table 1: Airbus Table 2: Boeing Table 3: Bombardier Table 4: CMC Electronics Table 5: Dassault Table 6: Embraer Table 7: Gulfstream Table 8: Garmin Table 9: Honeywell Table 10: Honeywell (DME Systems) Table 11: Rockwell Collins Table 12: Rockwell Collins (DME Systems) Table 13: Universal LOA 1: CMC Electronics LOA 2: Garmin LOA 3: Honeywell LOA 4: Rockwell Collins LOA 5: Smiths LOA 6: Universal Avionics Directions BACK TO TABLE OF CONTENTS AC 90-100A RNAV 1 approval satisfies all AC 90-100 performance requirements and RNAV substitution requirements. The navigation database should be obtained from a database supplier holding an FAA Letter of Acceptance (LOA) in accordance with AC 20-153. The operator’s supplier (e.g., FMS manufacturer) must have a Type 2 LOA. Database LOA's are listed in the latter spreadsheets. NOTE: A Type 2 LOA provides recognition of a data supplier’s compliance with RTCA/DO- 200A and the compatibility of their delivered data with particular avionic systems. For approvals based solely on GPS, pseudorange step detection and healthword checking are required. For approvals based on DME/DME/IRU, any Inertial Reference Unit/Inertial Reference System (IRU/IRS) may be used. This compliance table does not change previous guidance to use GPS in lieu of ADF or DME for the following operations: Determine aircraft position over a DME fix; Fly a DME arc; Navigate to/from an NDB/compass locator; Determine aircraft position over an NDB/compass locator; Determine aircraft position over a fix defined by an NDB/compass locator bearing crossing a VOR/LOC course; or Hold over an NDB/compass locator.
