Download Full Beverages Menu NV LA CUVÉE BRUT La Cuvée Brut – from the purest grape juice, a champagne of great finesse and a beautiful freshness obtained after a long, cellar ageing process. Pale gold in colour. Fine bubbles feed a persistent mousse. A delicate nose with hints of fresh citrus and white flowers. The wine’s complexity is expressed in successive notes like vine peach and white fruit notes. A perfect balance between freshness and delicacy with fruity flavours very present on the finish. *All vintages are subject to supplier availability By the glass Bubbles NV McPherson Chardonnay Pinot Noir Central Victoria 10.0 NV André Delorme Sparkling Blanc de Blanc Burgundy, France 11.0 NV Villa Sandi Il Fresco Rosé Veneto, Italy 11.0 2018 Barisel Moscato D’asti DOCG Canelli, Italy 11.5 NV Villa Sandi Il Fresco Proscecco DOC Veneto, Italy 11.5 NV Howard Park Jeté Brut Blanc Margaret River,WA 14.0 NV Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Brut Tours-sur-Marne, France20 .0 Whites 2019 Wildflower Sauvignon Blanc Multi Regional, WA 10.0 2019 Fraser Gallop Semillon Sauvignon Blanc Margaret River, WA 11.5 2019 Leeuwin Estate Art Series Sauvignon Blanc Margaret River, WA 12.5 2019 te Pa Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough, NZ 12.5 2020 Paul Conti Chenin Blanc Carabooda, WA 10.5 2019 Leeuwin Estate Art Series Riesling Margaret River, WA 11.5 2019 Wildflower Pinot Grigio Multi Regional, WA 10.0 2019 Howard Park ‘Puppet Master’ Pinot Gris South West, WA 11.5 2019 Howard Park ‘Flint Rock’ Chardonnay Margaret River, WA 11.5 2019 Woodlands Chardonnay Margaret River, WA 12.5 Rosé 2018 Il Palazzo IGT ‘Stella’ Rosato Sangiovese Syrah Tuscany, Italy 11.5 2020 Vasse Felix Classic Dry Margaret River, WA 12.0 Reds 2018 Silkwood Estate 'The Walcott' Pinot Noir Pemberton, WA 11.5 2018 Woodlands Cabernet Merlot Margaret River, WA 12.0 2017 Powell & Son Grenache Mataro Shiraz Barossa Valley, SA 12.0 2018 Wildflower Cabernet Sauvignon Multi Regional, WA 10.0 2018 Xanadu DJL Cabernet Sauvignon Margaret River, WA 11.5 2018 Icarus Shiraz Great Southern, WA 10.0 2017 Howard Park ‘Flint Rock’ Shiraz Great Southern, WA 11.5 2019 Singlefile Malbec Great Southern, WA 12.0 Dessert 2014 Trentham Estate Noble Taminga Murray Darling, NSW 10.0 2019 Fraser Gallop Estate Ice Pressed Chardonnay Wilyabrup, WA 14.0 Fortified Yalumba Galway Pipe Grand Tawny 12yo Barossa Valley, SA 12.0 Penfolds Grandfather Rare Tawny 20yo Barossa Valley, SA 18.0 By the bottle Bubbles NV McPherson Chardonnay Pinot Noir Central Victoria 45.0 NV André Delorme Sparkling Blanc de Blanc Burgundy, France 50.0 NV Villa Sandi Il Fresco Rosé Veneto, Italy 50.0 2018 Barisel Moscato D’asti DOCG Canelli, Italy 53.0 NV Villa Sandi Il Fresco Proscecco DOC Veneto, Italy 53.0 NV Howard Park Jeté Brut Blanc Margaret River, WA 65.0 NV Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Brut Tours-sur-Marne, France1 20.0 NV Billecart Salmon Brut Reserve Mareuil-sur-Ay”, France1 40.0 NV Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé Tours-sur-Marne, 190.0 France 2009 Pol Roger Brut Reserve Epernay, France 250.0 NV Billecart Salmon Brut Reserve Mareuil-sur-Ay”, France Magnum 260.0 2009 Dom Perignon Epernay, France 345.0 Whites Sauvignon Blanc & Blends 2019 Wildflower Sauvignon Blanc Multi Regional, WA 45.0 2019 Fraser Gallop Semillon Sauvignon Blanc Margaret River, WA 53.0 2019 Leeuwin Estate Art Series Sauvignon Blanc Margaret River, WA 58.0 2019 te Pa Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough, NZ 58.0 2017 Château de Sancerre Sancerre AOC Loire Valley, France 98.0 Riesling 2019 Leeuwin Estate Art Series Riesling Margaret River, WA 55.0 Pinot Gris & Pinot Grigio 2019 Wildflower Pinot Grigio Multi Regional, WA 47.0 2019 Howard Park ‘Puppet Master’ Pinot Gris South West, WA 55.0 Chardonnay 2018 Silkwood Estate “The Bowers” Chardonnay Pemberton, WA 47.0 2019 Howard Park ‘Flint Rock’ Chardonnay Margaret River, WA 55.0 2019 Woodlands Chardonnay Margaret River, WA 60.0 2018 Leeuwin Estate Prelude Chardonnay Margaret River, WA 72.0 2019 Domain Bouchard ‘La Vignee’ Chardonnay Burgundy, France 80.0 2018 Domaine William Fevre Chablis Chablis, France 85.0 2019 Flametree S.R.S. • Hall of Fame Initiative and I Congratulate the Names Below for Making This Imperial Grade
100 Best Australian Wines 2011 matthewjukes.com tastingnotes Welcome to the 100 Best Australian Wines list for 2011. As always, this century of greats is the result of exhaustive tastings over the last twelve months and it represents the finest one hundred Australian wines available on the shelves in the UK this year. 2011 sees the evolution of my Hall of Fame initiative and I congratulate the names below for making this imperial grade. Firstly, these twelve magnificent producers have been the most consistent wineries in the 100 Best Australian Wines list since its inception in 2004, being included in every single list and they are to be applauded. DE BORTOLI, FOX GORDON, JACOB’S CREEK, MCWILLIAM’S, MITOLO, PENFOLDS, PETER LEHMANN, ST HALLETT, THE LANE VINEYARD, TYRRELL’S, WIRRA WIRRA, YALUMBA In addition, the concluding eleven members of the Hall of Fame have made it into all bar one of the 100s and they are: CHAPEL HILL, CULLEN, GROSSET, HARDY’S, JANSZ, KNAPPSTEIN, LEEUWIN, MAJELLA, MOSS WOOD, MOUNT HORROCKS, STONIER It is fascinating to see that boutique operators rub shoulders with giants and while large portfolios like Penfolds have notched up a massive 29 wines over the years, with De Bortoli (24), Yalumba (23) and Peter Lehmann (21) there are also a few notable names like Jim Barry (13), Tim Adams (13), Petaluma (12) and Tamar Ridge (10) who have missed out on two years of lists and so narrowly miss receiving the HoF accolade, but still have performed at a massive run rate more recently. So twenty-three estates gain Hall of Fame status (between them hauling 40/100 spots in this year’s list!) and their portfolios of wines, along with this year’s 100 Best, will be used as the vanguard of my continued push to celebrate and educate the world about fine Australian wine.

AUTUMN FEATURE 4 PINES INDIAN SUMMER ALE 6.5 Sch / 9 Pint Sure summer is great, but an Indian Summer goes on forever. Crisp & light in bitterness with aromas of passionfruit & honeydew, light in alcohol and body, but not at the expense of hop character. To be enjoyed now and long after the sun goes down. ROCKFORD FRUGAL FARMER 9 / 45 The Frugal Farmer lives up to its name by being made from the skins of the Alicante Bouchet and fermented with Grenache and Mataro. Smooth on the palate with tingling acids and some fine tannins. 78 DEGREES GIN 10 Made in the Adelaide Hills, 78 degrees gin is vapour infused, using a grape based spirit in conjunction with 12 botanicals. Resulting in a softer feel in the mouth, with a fresh and grassy flavour, and lingering warm pepper notes. A must try for any Gin enthusiast! • Wine List Un Pasto Senza Vino E` Come Una Vita Senza Amore
Wine List Un pasto senza vino e` come una vita senza amore (A meal without wine is like life without love) Welcome to Barolos Ristorante Italiano The heart of Italian food and wine culture lies in its regionality. Each region in Italy produces a unique style of food and wine, char- acterised by the area’s local ingredients and traditional methods. Each dish made in that region signifies a direct tie to a place and the people that live there. It is important to us to honor this culture of regionality in our cooking, and in our wine selections. As such, we have deliberately constructed a wine list of mostly Italian wine, from the same regions that have inspired the food on our menu. Some names on the wine list will appear familiar; some will be varieties that you may not have heard before. We encourage you to explore our wines and feel free to ask our well-informed staff to help you create an exciting, authentic Italian dining experience.
