It was that moment that Bartlett knew his program was 1992 VMI 9-5 headed in a new and more promising direction. 1993 VMI 5-9 With 107 victories at VMI to his credit, Bartlett remains the architect of the Keydet lacrosse program. In his 18 seasons, Bartlett has built his program from the ground up. 1994 VMI 6-7 In 1986, Bartlett took over a team that began varsity play in 1983 and immediately brought 1995 VMI 9-5 respectability to the program. Six of his first seven seasons at the helm of VMI resulted in non-losing 1996 VMI 6-8 seasons and five of those were winning seasons. 1997 VMI 1-12 In the past 18 seasons, Bartlett’s accomplishments with the Keydet lacrosse program are un- precedented.
