Optimistične KD Galileo je prvi slovenski investicijski sklad in je 1. januarja 2010 napovedi za leto 2011 so skupaj s prvimi rezultati poslovanja za zadnji praznoval že 18. rojstni dan. Znotraj kapitalskih trgov smo trgih pa se, zato da se ohrani vrednost premoženja vzajemnega sklada, beležili rast razvitih trgov, trgi v razvoju pa zaradi inflacijskih pritiskov ter portfelj prerazporedi v druge oblike naložb, kot so dolžniški vrednostni pričakovanj o zvišanju obrestnih mer nadaljujejo korekcijo oziroma papirji in instrumenti denarnega trga. KD Galileo se je 5. decembra 2010 konsolidacijo. Dodatno je konec januarja za nemir na kapitalskih trgih preoblikoval iz evropskega v globalni sklad, kar pomeni, da za naložbe ne poskrbel Egipt, saj so nekateri trgi v razvoju doživeli tudi več kot 10-odstotno veljajo sektorske ali geografske omejitve.
