Leaving Washington High and saying good- bye to our associates is not an easy task. It is a moment of conflicting emotions, proud of our accomplishments, and yet, sad to be leav- ing. We feel fortunate that our lives have been influenced by our advisers, and we hope that the others who come after us will take advant- age of their leadership. With one last look and a fond farewell, we hope that this book will be not only the story of life at Washington, but also a tangible me- mento of all our high school years.
