Students in grades K-2 will not test. Testing will take place at home. We ask that parents and guardians do not assist your child. It is important for your child to be present in their Zoom classroom. Teachers will post attendance to indicate your child’s presence or absence for the day. Automatic robocalls will con- tact you if your child was marked absent. Many students are logging into Zoom but leaving. Students will be marked absent or half day if they are not in full attendance. Governor J. B. Pritzker signed a requirement into law mandating a 5-hour minimum requirement for traditional public schools. We are currently utilizing our school day with the re- quired time remotely. Students should be working on their learning paths in Ready Math from 2pm to 3pm. Please mark sure your child is logged into Zoom from 9am to 2pm Monday-Friday. The office would like to remind you that when your student will be absent from the Zoom meeting, please call the office at (708) 849-9440 by 9:00 am to report the absence. It is very important to always keep the office updated with any phone number(s) & email changes. When you receive a phone call/message from Park School, please listen to the entire message first. Note the person who called you. When you return their call, we will know who to connect you to.
