Research Interests Generally speaking I'm interested in Statistics and Probability Theory. More specifically I am working on: • Computational Statistics: Monte Carlo methods; Markov chain Monte Carlo algorithms (especially MCMC on discrete spaces, mixing time bounds, optimal scaling); tempering schemes. • Bayesian Statistics: Bayesian Nonparametrics; Bayesian cluster models. • Probability Theory: point processes and random measures; Markov chains.
