2. Bidding documents including Priced BOQ / Engineer Estimate, instruction to bidders (ITB), Draft Contract Agreement, Drawings, preamble, evaluation criteria etc are available on C&W web site (www.cwd.gkp.pk) which can be downloaded for bidding purpose. These documents can also be obtained from the office of Executive Engineer C&W Highway Division Mardan. The bid documents are also available on KPPRA website at www.kppra.govt.pk

3. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 18/01/2021 in the office of undersigned. 4. Venue of Bids opening is C&W Highway Division Mall road Mardan. 5. As per KPPRA amended Notification No. KPPRA/M&E/Estt:/1-17/2019-20 dated 18.01.2021, the successful bidder will submit Additional Security in shape of Call Deposit equal to difference of financial impact occurring in the quoted rates beyond 10% below Engineer Estimate. 6. The Bidders are required to submit the following documents with financial bid:- i- Enlistment with C&W Department along-with renewal (2020-21). ii- Pakistan Engineering Council-2021. iii- NTN (Active FBR Certificate). iv- KPRA (Active Taxpayer’s Certificate).
