Terms & Conditions for E-Bidding:- 1. Bids shall be submitted electronically through E-Bidding wherein all the documents are available on the website of Irrigation Department, KPK www.irrigation .gkp.pk on or before the fixed date/time

2. For detailed terms & conditions of the tender please refer to website of Irrigation Department & KPPRA wherein the TOR have already been uploaded.

3. Bid Security and additional Security as required to be deposited as per KPPRA Notification bearing No.KPPRA/M&E/Estt:/1-17/2019-20 dated 12/06/2020

Executive Engineer, Bannu Canal Division Bannu. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR E-BIDDING. 1. Bids shall be submitted electronically through E-Bidding wherein all the documents are available on the website of the department www.irrigation.gkp.pk on or before the fixed date/time. 2. The bidder shall submit the bids with requisite, documents through courier including 2% Bid Security of the estimated cost + Stamp duty in the shape of call deposit (Original) in sealed envelope before closing date and time. 3. Tenders shall be opened on advertised date and time in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may like to attend the session. In case of any unforeseen reasons, public holiday unrest or force majeure on the bid submission/opening date, the tender shall be opened on the next working day at the same place and time. 4. The original and all copies of the bid shall be typed or written in indelible ink and shall be signed by a person or persons duly authorized to sign (Form H shall be attached if applicable). All pages of the bid/tender documents shall be initialed and official seal be affixed by the person or persons signing the bid. 5. The bid security shall be forfeited if a bidder withdraws his bid, with in the validity period thereof or, in the case of a successful bidder, who repudiates the contract or fails to furnish performance security. 6. All federal and provincial duties/stamp duty/taxes including sales tax will be recoverable as per directives of the Government issued from time to time. 7. Electronic bids will be valid for Ninety (90) days from the closing date of bids. 8. Call deposit of Scheduled Banks shall be acceptable. No Bank cheque or pay order shall be acceptable. 9. Any document submitted alongwith bid documents if found false/bogus the registration of the contractor/firm shall stands cancelled/black listed. 10. Any disfiguring/Over writing, manipulation in the tender shall be liable to rejection 11. Only the first two figures after decimal of the rate will be considered for evaluation of the bid. 12. Incomplete, conditional and bid without 2% of earnest money or without additional security (if applicable) shall be considered as non-responsive. 13. All the Contractor/Firms are required to produce their Registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue authority (KPRA) must be active on the date of opening failing which they will not be allowed to participate in tendering processes or they will be declared as non responsive.
