2. Bidding documents can be loaded on the website http://mahatenders.gov.in, from Date 12.6.2015 at 10.05 to Date 26.6.2015 upto 17.30.
3. The Payment for Tender Form Fees and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) must be made online.
4. Technical bids will be Opened on 2.7.2015 & Price bids will be Opened on 8.7.2015, 10.05, am onward at the office of the Executive Engineer (East)/MSIB, Room no. 536, 4th floor, Mhada, Kalanagar, Bandra (East), Mumbai–400051 on web site http://mahatenders.gov.in,
5. Tender Should submit original documents (those were uploaded during bid preparation) for verification at the time of Technical Bid opening.
6. Tenderer should submit information and scanned copies in PDF format in Technical Envelope as mentioned in Technical Offer.
7. Tenderer should have valid class II/ III Digital Signature certificate (DSC) obtained from any certifying authority.
