You have been with Scottish Building Society since leaving school in 2016. What does a typical week look like for you? Day to day, most of my time is spent either helping customers who come into the branch or dealing with our agency offices. We’re probably very different from banks in that we know our customers well and they know us by name. I like chatting with them. We have fifteen agencies linked to Inverness and I help them with processing transactions and any problems they might have. Each agency has a cashier and I have built up really good relationships with all of them.
