The boys U13, U14, U15 and U16 age groups and Girls U17’s have been working hard with their coaches, preparing for and playing State Championship games which are being played across the State throughout the season. Scores and fixtures for these games can be found on MyCricket – Hurricanes Youth Academy Throughout the past month the boys groups and their coaches have been involved in specialist skill group sessions (batting, spin bowling, pace bowling and wicket keeping), learning from High Performance coaches such as Tim Coyle, Clinton Reid, Roger Brown, Jason Pearce and Andrew Gower. The purpose of these sessions is to up-skill our coaches and to give the players some specific individual coaching and messages which they can go away and work on.
