YOU WILL THEN HAVE 24 HOURS TO REQUEST ANY AMENDMENTS. THERE AFTER THE RUNNING ORDER WILL REMAIN AS IS. THIS IS TO GIVE THE SCORER AND MUSIC ORGANISER ENOUGH TIME TO PREPARE AND PUT IN ORDER ALL THE SCORE SHEETS AND MUSIC. Entries: All entries must be made on the correct forms with name and AGE of vaulters, lungers and horses. Include their BEV number. All class age restrictions are based on the age of the vaulter as of 1st January in the year of the Event. If vaulting on more than one horse in a class, please advise which one is to be awarded the placing. Late entries accepted at the discretion of the organiser and will be charged double. Each email should detail the vaulter, group and class and include music attached as per below: --- Run in/out music. If no file, say if using your group’s run in. If no run in details, nothing will be played. - Format for music file name is: ‘Name’ – ‘Class’ – ‘Music Type’. Eg Jane Doe – Senior Ind – Compulsories. To change a file name, double click the name, slowly, this allows you to type over the existing name. (You might want to make and use a copy of the track so as not to impact your music collection). If sending a large number of files, it may be worth separating these into several emails as there can be a limit on an email attachment size. If your music is currently on a CD and are MP3 files (‘.mp3’ after the file name), then just attach these straight into an email. Arena 2 music must be on CD and will require someone from the club to work the CD player. Please check quality of CD to ensure that the music works. Doping: Please be aware that any horse competing at a BEV competition in any affiliated class could be subject to BEF Equine Anti-Doping (“BEFAR”) spot testing at any affiliated event as per BEV rulebook. Passports: All horses must travel and arrive with their passport. It should be correctly validated, and meet all passport requirements including microchipping, vaccination, Equine Anti-doping and Controlled Medication control. Any equine athlete failing to meet passport requirements may not be allowed to compete. There will be no pre-competition vetting taking place. Para-vaulting: Competitors eligible for para–vaulting classes are vaulters with a physical, sensory or intellectual disability. Hats are not required if a non RDA vaulter. For example – LEADER funding cannot be used to “match” other EU funding streams and cannot be deployed to undertake work outside the scope and competences of the EU (eg building houses), particularly the RDP.
