Music: Arena 1 Only. All Music must be sent to: vaulting.music.@gmail.com by the 07/03/20. Music should ideally be in MP3 format. CDs will not be accepted. Each email should detail the vaulter, group and class and include music attached as per below: --- Run in/out music. If no file, say if using your group’s run in. If no run in details, nothing will be played. - Format for music file name is: ‘Name’ – ‘Class’ – ‘Music Type’. Eg Jane Doe – Senior Ind – Compulsories. To change a file name, double click the name, slowly, this allows you to type over the existing name. (You might want to make and use a copy of the track so as not to impact your music collection). If sending a large number of files, it may be worth separating these into several emails as there can be a limit on an email attachment size. If your music is currently on a CD and are MP3 files (‘.mp3’ after the file name), then just attach these straight into an email. If not, then the two guides below should help with the conversion to mp3. For Windows Media Player 11: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/windows-xp/help/windows-media- player/11rip-a-cd. For ITunes: https://support.apple.com/kb/PH20507?locale=en_GB These files can then be chosen as attachments from whatever folder they were saved to. Arena 2 music must be on CD and will require someone from the club to work the CD player. Please check quality of CD to ensure that the music works.
