Health Screening:

Thermal screening shall be done for both interna�onal and domes�c passengers. Quaran�ne:

Interna�onal Passengers:  All passengers shall submit self-declara�on form on online portal h�ps://www.spandana.ap.gov.in/ at least 72 hours before scheduled travel.  Passengers travelling need to give an undertaking on online portal for mandatory paid quaran�ne for 14 days, if required.  Travellers need to undergo Rapid An�gen Test on payment of ₹ 500/- for COVID-19 test at airport. Those tested nega�ve shall be allowed for 14 days home quaran�ne.  Travellers who are having NEGATIVE RT-PCR – test report on arrival may be exempted from above test at airport. This RT-PCR should be conducted within 96 hours prior to undertaking the journey (as per COVID instant order – 75).

For Interna�onal Passengers:  All Passengers shall submit self-declara�on form on online portal spandana.ap.gov.in at least 72 hours before scheduled travel.  Passengers travelling need to give an undertaking on online portal for mandatory paid quaran�ne for 14 days, if required.

‘Thermal screening, pulse-oximeter tes�ng for oxygen satura�on’ shall be done at the airport for both arrival and departure passengers.

Telangana Hyderabad Airport Health Screening:

Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers.

Quaran�ne:

Domes�c Passengers:  All asymptoma�c passengers arriving at Telangana are exempted from quaran�ne.  Those passengers who are found symptoma�c shall be isolated and taken to medical facili�es as per Health Protocol.

I nterna�onal Passengers:  Those passengers who are found symptoma�c shall be isolated and taken to medical facili�es as per Health Protocol.  The remaining passengers who are asymptoma�c shall be sent in paid ins�tu�onal quaran�ne for a period of seven days followed by seven days of home isola�on. Fo llowing passengers who are exempted from Ins�tu�onal quaran�ne and required for 14 days home quaran�ne:  Those passengers who have compelling reasons / cases of human distress such as pregnancy, death in family, serious illness and parent(s) with children aged 10 years or below.  Those passengers who produce nega�ve RT-PCR report on arrival with the test conducted within 96 hours prior to departure.  Passengers travelling for business reasons and having nega�ve RT-PCR test conducted within 96 hours prior to departure shall be exempted from the requirement of home/ins�tu�onal quaran�ne. However, the passengers should return within 4 days of arrival as evidenced by confirmed returned �ckets.

 Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers.  RT-PCR being done by State Health Officials for all arriving Interna�onal Passengers.

Quaran�ne:

Domes�c Passengers:  No quaran�ne if asymptoma�c passengers on arrival. However, they shall self-monitor their health for 14 days from the date of their arrival for any symptoms of COVID-19 like fever, cough, cold, throat pain, difficulty in breathing etc.  Having symptoms sugges�ve of COVID-19 they shall immediately self-isolate immediately and seek medical consulta�on or call Apthamitra helpline 14410. Interna�onal Passengers:  All passengers will be sent to home quaran�ne for 14 days.  If home quaran�ne is not possible for any reason, alterna�vely shall be allowed ins�tu�onal quaran�ne (Govt. or Private).  Symptoma�c passengers will be sent to dedicated COVID Health Centre (DCHC) for COVID tes�ng.  If posi�ve: Triage shall be done for home isola�on or shi�ed to COVID Hospital in Govt. or Pvt. As applicable.  If Nega�ve: Advised to complete the home quaran�ne period for 14 days  Interna�onal business trip and return within 48 hours are ex e mpted from quaran�ne.  If dura�on of stay is more than 48 hrs but less than 7 days, COVID test will be done and a�er receiving nega�ve report they can complete their engagements and go back.  Business/short term visitors who come with nega�ve RT-PCR test results are exempted from quaran�ne. The test should have been conducted within 96 hrs prior to boarding.

Passenger Obliga�on:

Domes�c Passengers:  All travellers shall submit self-declara�on form on the Yatri Karnataka online portal (h�p://www.covidwar.karnataka.gov.in/ or h�ps://parihara.karnataka.gov.in/Service38/) at least 72 hours before the scheduled date of travel.  Business/short term travellers who come with a Nega�ve RT-PCR test report shall be exempted from quaran�ne requirements. Such Passengers shall also submit a declara�on with respect to authen�city of the test report and will be liable for criminal prosecu�on, if found otherwise. The test report should be produced upon arrival at the point of entry at airport in Karnataka.

Airline Obliga�on:

 Thermal screening at the point of boarding gate and only asymptoma�c passengers are allowed to board the fl ight.  Provide PPE gown for all middle seat passen gers.  Provide Face shield, masks and sani�zers to all passen gers.  Ensure all guidelines of COVID-19 preven�ve protocol such as Social distancing, usage of P PE etc.  Before boarding DOs and DON’Ts about COVID-19 quaran�ne tes�ng, etc., shall be provided along with the �cket to the travellers by the trave l agencies concerned.

State Obliga�on:

 Airport to do infrared screening for all Domes�c Departure Passengers at the entry of the Terminal bu ilding.  Health Department to carry out RT -PCR for all arriving Interna�onal Passengers at th e designated space allo�ed at the arrival point in the terminal building and advise for 14 days strict Home quaran�ne protocol.

Kerala Calicut, Kannur, Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram Airpo rts

Health Screening:

 Thermal screening shall be done for both interna�onal and domes�c passengers.  COVID test is mandatory for symptoma�c passengers

Quaran�ne:

 Seven days of Home Quaran�ne for all who visit other states and return to Kerala and all visitors to Kerala.  They can be tested on the 7th day a�er arrival and if tested nega�ve, further quaran�ne of 7 days is op�onal and not mandatory, though 14 days quaran�ne is desirable as per Health protocol.  Those who don’t get tested would be advised to con�nue on quaran�ne for the remaining 7 days and complete a total of 14 days in quaran�ne. E xcep�on of Quaran�ne:  Passengers who visit the State for a short period for purpose like business, official, trade, medical, court case, property management or any like purposes will be exempted.  Government has allowed them to visit the State for a period up to 7 days without mandatory quaran�ne ONLY a�er obtaining entry passes through COVID-19 Jagratha portal.  They shall provide the details of local i�nerary along with the purpose of visit and local accommoda�on and contact person. Any devia�ons from this, during visit, shall be informed to the authori�es with valid reasons.

For Domes�c Passengers:  All passengers shall be required to register their detail on h�ps://covid19jagratha.kerala.nic.in/ and obtain e-pass.  Upon arrival, passengers are required to show their e-pass to the Health Official at airport and undergo Quaran�ne for 7 days.  All passengers intending to visit any other State or UT a�er entering Kerala shall be required to have the entry pass for Kerala and the State of UT he/she intends to vi sit. For Interna�onal Passengers:  Passengers are expected to cer�fy the status of their health through a Self-Declara�on form.  Passengers shall be required to submit online self-declara�on through Air-Suvidha Portal.  All passengers shall be required to register their detail on h�ps://covid19jagratha.kerala.nic.in/ and obtain e-pass.  Upon arrival, passengers are required to show their e-pass to the Health Official at airport and undergo Quaran�ne for 7 days.  All passengers intending to visit any other State or UT a�er entering Kerala shall be required to have the entry pass for Kerala and the State of UT he/she intends to vi sit.

Domes�c Passengers:  All passengers coming from other state / union territory have to undergo home quaran�ne for 14 days. (During the period, if the individual develops fever, cough, breathlessness, they shall visit health facility.)  Passengers undertaking business trip and returning within 72 hours are exempted from quaran�ne. In such cases, the individual shall furnish valid return document.

Interna�onal Passengers:  All passengers coming from other countries have to undergo 14 days of home quaran�ne. (During the period, if the individual develops fever, cough, breathlessness they shall visit health facility)

ASSAM Guwahati, Dibrugarh, Jorhat, Tezpur, Lilabari and Airports

Domes�c & Interna�onal :  Mandatory COVID Rapid An�gen Test (RAT) will be conducted upon arrivals followed by RT-PCR Testat all the Airports.  If RAT result is NEGATIVE-swab sample would be taken for RT-PCR tes�ng. The following two op�ons will available: FREE RT-PCR Test Arranged by Govt. and result will normally be available within 3-5 days, the person will have to remain in isola�on for a period of 5 days or �ll declara�on of the test result, whichever is earlier. (For Dibrugarh: If the Test results are nega�ve, his/her swab sample would be taken for RT-PCR tes�ng. Home Quaran�ne of 10 days is mandatory.) PAID RT-PCR test: Done by agencies at the designated tes�ng centre on payment of the requisite fee (`2200/-). Test results will be provided within 24 hours, person to remain in isola�on �ll the declara�on of the test result. If the test result is POSITIVE, the passenger will be moved to COVID facility for further treatment. If the passenger does not wish to Home Quaran�ne, district administra�on will facilitate the quaran�ne op�on in a hotel.  Symptoma�c & having mild sugges�ve of COVID-19 and Nega�ve RAT, self-isolate and call Dist.helpline Rapid An�gen Test (RAT) at Entry within 24 hrs for collec�on of sample. Point for all Travellers  Symptoma�c with moderate/severe symptoms and Nega�ve RAT, should be shi�ed to nearest suspect case of DCHC/DCH for RT-PCR/Nat Tes�ng. If posi�ve, shi� to confirmed case of DCHC/DCH and will be discharged as per the policy.

 All passengers arriving into Manipur must apply for E-PASS to the Deputy Commissioner of their home district at least 2 days in advance. Excep�on:  Passengers coming for short stay (7 days or less) will be exempted from quaran�ne provided they must carry ICMR approved lab COVID test nega�ve report taken during last 48 hrs. before arrival. No further tes�ng needed. If test reports are not available, such passenger will be required to take COVID test on self – payment basis.
