Minapadi cultivation is a fisheries sector with a system of rice and fish cultivation which is cultivated together in a paddy field. West Java Province as one of the biggest producing regions of Minapadi fisheries in Indonesia, and is considered as a potential area for Minapadi cultivation. The potential of human resources affects the efforts of business entities in achieving maximum mineral production. Minapadi aquaculture competitiveness can be used as a benchmark for regional development, regional mapping, and regional development planning. This study has the objective to analysis of human resources competitiveness of Minapadi aquaculture in West Java Province. The method used in this study is the litelature survey method to determine the competitiveness of minapadi cultivation in 18 regencys and nine cities in West Java Province. After all data has been processed, the data will be analyzed descriptively. The technique used to retrieve primary data in this study in the from of expert judgment. Whereas secondary data was obtained from statistical data of the Office of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of West Java Province. -

Stop Cirebon 2 Coal Plant Project for People Safety from Covid-19
Joint Press Statement Stop Cirebon 2 coal plant project for people safety from Covid-19 BANDUNG. The Cirebon 2 Coal-fired Power Plant (CPP) project continues although most of the workers are infected by the Corona Virus or Covid-19. Instead of feeling concerned, PT. Cirebon Energi Prasarana (CEPR) as the project pioneer is grateful of the ongoing project development that runs smoothly. As it has been said in the media and public, 69 workers of Cirebon 2 CPP has been confirmed to be positive of Covid-19. Some of the infected workers are foreign workers. These workers are a part of the PT. Hyundai Engineering Construction which is based in South Korea. This should be of concern due to the massive amount of Covid-19 infected workers are local contract workers from the villages surrounding the project. According to the information of the Covid-19 Task Force of West Java Province, Cirebon regency is categorized as a red zone. A new cluster within Cirebon is accrued with the confirmation of Covid-19 infection in Cirebon 2 CPP and Cirebon 1 CPP that has started to operate. According to the information from the people of Kanci Kulon Village, there are people from the vulnerable groups that has been treated in the hospital due to Covid-19 infection. According to them, it is most likely that the infection started from their people who work at the Cirebon 2 CPP project. This research using overlay intersections to Open Access know shoreline change from 1915-2019 and multiple linear regression to determine several factors that influence the shoreline change. The shoreline increased 992.99 meters caused by accretion. Physical factors that influence shoreline changes include total suspended solids, bathymetry, wind, and tides, whereas social factors include the presence of beach building, population density, building density, and distance from the built-up area. The most influential factor in increased shoreline is bathymetry. Based on the results of statistical tests known that physical and social factors are influence significantly on the dynamics of shoreline changes. -

As a result, the river water polluted and the impact of this pollution be bad for some aspects of hman being lives. In addition to making no unsightly views,the only source water for the irrigation of rice fields around the stone industry is not uncommon to make the harvest failed, and rice production declined. The samples examined by using bio indicator such as a goldfish and testing physical factors include the acidity level (pH), electrolyte and temperature. The river water indicated for several pollution levels with color indicators are very turbinity and the fish only survive for two days. In addition, the river water is sources of water for irrigation were also polluting the rice field water by the indicator level. Fish only survive for two days. -

Cirebon is a district in West Java which is in the eastern part bordering Central Java. Many areas of irrigation or Irrigation Network who experience a decrease in performance, one of whom who experience decreased performance is Cikeusik Irrigation Area. This time, the Irrigation Cikeusik Management implemented by Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai (BBWS) Cimanuk Cisanggarung, Directorate General of Water Resources, Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing. The Irrigation Cikeusik receive water supplies from Dam Cikeusik in the Cisanggarung river with the area in 6899 Ha. The purpose of this research is to analyze and calculate what percentage in the performance of the Sub Regional Irrigation Maneunteung West and Sub Regional Irrigation Maneunteung East on irrigation area Cikuesik using the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works No. 32 / PRT / M / 2007 on Guidelines for Operation and Maintenance of Irrigation. Some aspects of the irrigation system set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works No. 32 / PRT / M / 2007 are physical infrastructure, plant productivity, supporting facilities Maintenance Operation, Maintenance Organization Operations personnel, documentation and water user associations (P3A). The research method is by direct observation, questionnaire and test methods research is done by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). -

September 18, 2019 To: Mr. Masumi Kakinoki President and CEO Marubeni Corporation Re: Our Continuous Opposition against the Cirebon Coal-fired Power Plant Project – Units 1 and 2 in West Java, Indonesia and Our Strong Demand for Marubeni’s Immediate Divestment from the Project We, Rapel (Rakyat Penyelamat Lingkungan: People Environment Safer) Cirebon and WALHI West Java, are writing to your company, the largest shareholder in CEP and CEPR, to convey why we are still firmly opposing the Cirebon Coal-fired Power Plant Project and why we are calling on your company to immediately stop or withdraw your investment in the ongoing construction of Cirebon Unit 2 (Cirebon 2, 1000 MW) as well as in the operation of Cirebon Unit 1 (Cirebon 1, 660 MW). Aside from the global climate crisis which another international letter to your company dated on September 18, 2019 is arguing in details, the followings are the major reasons why your company must take an immediate action of divestment from the Cirebon Coal-fired Power Plant Project. Firstly, bribery involved in Cirebon 2 has been recently reported in the court process/ documents and some media. From our viewpoint, this implies how it is impossible for this project to be pushed through only with the normal process amid several fatal flaws in this project as described below, such as continuous firm opposition from the local community and critical legal defect. It is also remarkable that the verdict document dated May 22, 2019 on another bribe case of the former Cirebon Regent1 describes the details of the bribery related to Cirebon 2, where the names of Heru Dewanto and Teguh from CEPR and Herry Jung from Hyundai as one of the EPC contractors with CEPR, are even mentioned. -
