Evapotranspiraon rates of 0.2 in/day were common. Rainfall equaled 4.2 inches from May 1st to the arrival of ‘Isaac’ in early September.

Total of 299 full sibs successfully established to date. (325 originally) Total of 370 full sibs represented as 2011 DNA samples in ND library.

The size of this mapping populaon can be increased if desired, since addional o.p. were collected in September 2012 for future paternity exclusion. 2012

In 2012, Paternity exclusion was completed by ND and all full sibs outplanted at MU.

Mulple ssue types were collected from the ‘Sparrow’ MT for mRNA extracon by PSU.

MT and twig ssues were re-collected for BAC library construcon at CUGI.

Addional parental and full sib DNA was collected to facilitate marker selecon and genec mapping work conducted at ND.
