BENITA M. WARMBOLD, FCPA, FCA, ICD.D Benita Warmbold is a seasoned executive with a wealth of senior-level experience, both strategic and operational. Experienced in dealing at a leadership, executive and board level, with considerable knowledge of governance issues. Former Senior Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of CPP Investment Board, Benita was responsible for all aspects of finance, risk, performance, tax, internal audit and legal. Over her nine years at CPP Investment Board, she was also responsible for technology, data and investment operations. Benita previously held senior leadership positions with Northwater Capital, Canada Development Investment Corporation and KPMG. Benita is currently active on several boards, including Methanex Corporation, SNC-Lavalin, Crestone Peak Resources, Canadian Public Accountability Board, Queen’s University Board of Trustees and Women’s College Hospital. She is also Chair of the Smith School of Business Advisory Board (Queen’s University). Benita holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and ICD.D, she has been recognized three times as one of “Canada’s Most Powerful Women – Top 100”, and in 2016 was inducted into the WXN Hall of Fame. In 2017, Benita was given a CFO Special Recognition Award for Social Responsibility and Mentoring. Benita has also been selected by the Canadian Board Diversity Council for its first ever Diversity 50, which recognizes qualified, diverse candidates for board of director appointments.

SANDRA TAUBE GODARD, CA, CPA Sandra Taube Godard is a managing director and senior relationship manager, Global Institutional Capital Group, and co-head of Wells Fargo Securities Canada. Based in Toronto, Sandra is responsible for partnering across the Wells Fargo platform to deliver the full breadth of Wells Fargo Securities capabilities to clients in Canada. Sandra joined Wells Fargo Securities Canada in 2013 to develop and implement a partnership strategy with top tier Canadian institutional clients with an emphasis on Long Term Horizon Investors (LTHIs) consisting of public pensions, insurers and alternative asset managers. She has more than 25 years of experience, previously serving as a managing director and senior relationship manager for Barclays Capital. In this role she was responsible for global relationships with the largest Canadian investors, banks and insurance companies across the spectrum of asset classes. Prior to that, Sandra served as head of derivative and fixed income sales for HSBC Canada and ran the Canadian operations for Gen Re Securities. Sandra began her career in the Canadian banking sector working with the Bank of Montreal and Scotiabank after obtaining her Chartered Accountancy designation at KPMG.

ZOHEB DOSANI ’08 Zoheb Dosani is currently an Investment Associate in the Relationship Investing team at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. Prior to joining Ontario Teachers’, Zoheb worked in the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse in New York where he focused on the Consumer & Retail products sector. He has also held positions in the Mergers and Acquisitions groups of CIBC and UBS in Toronto. Zoheb holds an HBA degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.

CHRISTIAN MEDEIROS ’12 (MODERATOR) Christian Medeiros joined TD Asset Management Inc. (TDAM) in August 2015. He is currently an Associate on the Asset Allocation/Fund of Funds team, he is responsible for analyzing and evaluating both strategic and tactical positioning across the fund-of-fund solutions. He is also responsible for product development and investment research. Additionally, Christian completed the TDAM Investment Management Rotation Program, during which he rotated through the Absolute Return, Business Strategy and Trading teams. Also, Christian held an intern position as an analyst at TDAM in Risk Management. Christian holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts with High Distinction in International Relations from the University of Toronto.
