Informative Issue No. 78 2013 Grandmaster Frank E Sanchez - Founder The FMA Informative wants to thank Grandmaster Dan Medina for providing World Head of Family Sokeship Council and the FMA the information and writing this issue on the World Head of Family Sokeship Seminars at Gathering 2013 Council’s 21st Annual, which was held May 31st – June 1st, 2013 in Orlando, World Head of Family Sokeship Florida. WHFSC Officers The FMA Informative asked Dan for some information on the event for WHFSC Members the FMA Informative newspaper, however Mr. Medina went beyond and pro- Honorary Members vided the information for this issue. Posthumous Members This issue shows the Filipino martial arts practitioner side of the WHFSC and also event seminar during the event held. Also the FMA Informative thought it would be good to also list the WHFSC Officers and members so you the reader can read for yourself the Who’s Who of the Organization. The World Head of Family Sokeship Council (WHFSC) Grandmaster Dan Medina Unlike other Organizations, there are no membership dues. The World Head of Family Sokeship Council grants membership solely by invitation or sponsorship only. The main pur- pose of the Council’s focus is to bring communication between the different systems through its Grandmasters and proliferate the growth of the martial arts through its programs. Programs such as its yearly International Hall of Fame which honors martial artists yearly for their accomplishments; its martial arts college; and its seminar program designed to expose martial artists to the teachings of the grandmasters. He is currently a 1st degree Black Belt in Matsubayashi Shorin-ryu with the American Karate Do Dojo. He has been teaching for 5 years with the San Diego Parks and Recreation Department. Joshua’s goal is to continue teaching and training in the Martial Arts. He is a firm believer that Karate is not a sport but a way of life. KARLA GALEOTE…………........................................................…………………….JR MARTIAL ARTIST Karla has been studying the Martial Arts for 6 years. She holds the rank of Black Belt in Ninjutsu and Jujutsu. She is a Full Instructor and Military Instructor in Krav Maga under Professor Marty Cale. Tina also studies and holds rank in Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido.
