Warsaw is Poland’s main economic and business hub. The capital is also one of the most important and largest metropolises in Central and Eastern Europe, with tremendous investment potential. The city’s modern economy features a significant knowledge-based services sector including business process outsourcing centers (BPO), shared services centers (SSC), IT centers, and research and development centers (R&D). This report presents the most important information on the business services sector in Warsaw. It also discusses selected aspects of the local labor market, the office real estate market, time accessibility, quality of life and support available to investors from local authorities.
