Shropshire Council is working to make Shropshire a great place to live, learn, work, and visit – we want to innovate to thrive. To make that ambition a reality, we need to understand what our towns and communities need in order to make them better places for all. Our Place Plans – of which there are 18 across the county – paint a picture of each local area and help all of us to shape and improve our communities. Place Plans are documents which bring together information about a defined area. The information that they contain is focussed on infrastructure needs, such as roads, transport facilities, flood defences, schools and educational facilities, medical facilities, sporting and recreational facilities, and open spaces. They also include other information which can help us to understand local needs and to make decisions. -

This is a resubmission following the recent refusal, planning application reference: 20/01723/FUL. Associated Recent Planning History PREAPP/18/00466 - Erection of affordable dwelling - Unacceptable development 19/04923/FUL - Erection of affordable dwelling - Refused 20/01723/FUL - Erection of affordable dwelling - Refused 1.2 Whilst the pre-application advice was clear in advising that the development of the site was not compliant with planning policy, the applicant chose to pursue the proposed development, for the reason as detailed within the pre-application advice response the formal application submitted in 2019 was refused. 1.3 The applicant then submitted an application again for an affordable dwelling on land south of the initial site, this was again refused, reason for refusal is detailed below: "Whilst the applicant has demonstrated that she is in local housing need, the siting and design of the dwelling is considered contrary to planning policies and deemed unacceptable. -

Kravchenko Abstract The article reports on the quantitative description of the food web structure of the community consisting of 65 species of Lepidoptera leaf miners reared from 34 plant species, as well as 107 species of parasitoid eulophid wasps (Hymenoptera: Eulophidae). The study was conducted in the forest-steppe zone of the Middle Volga in Russia over 13 years (2000-2012). Leaf miners have been found to be highly host plant-specific. Most of them are associated with only one or two plant species and therefore the number of links between trophic levels is 73, which is close to the total number of Lepidoptera species (linkage density is 1.12). -

Summary: The ten species of the genera Syncopacma and Aproaerema which have so far been established in the study area of the Lepidopterist's Society of Rhineland and Westphalia are discussed here on the basis of lists of where they were found and dispersal charts. 1. Einleitung Die Funde von Syncopacma vinella (B a n k .es , 1898), Syncopacma wormiella (W olff, 1958) und Syncopacma suecicella (W olff, 1958) als Erstnachweise für unser Arbeitsgebiet waren für mich Veranlassung, die Falter dieser Gattung und die der nahe verwandten Aproaerema anthyllidella (Hübner, [1813]) auch aus der Landessammlung rheinisch-westfälischer Lepidopte- ren im LÖBBECKE-Museum und Aquazoo Düsseldorf und des Zoologischen Forschungsinstituts und Museum A lexander Koenig Bonn näher zu unter suchen. Dabei stellte sich heraus, daß ein großer Teil der Falter falsch determiniert war, bzw. noch undeterminiert in den Sammlungen steckte. Das ist darauf zurückzuführen, daß bei den meisten Arten dieser Gattun gen eine Genitaluntersuchung unbedingt notwendig ist. -
