Oral Auction Procedures

1. The oral auction will begin at 7:00 PM and last approximately three hours.

2. Each person desiring to make a bid shall use the bid card assigned to the bidder at the door.

Silent Auction Procedures

1. Silent Auction items have bid cards attached. If you desire to bid on these items, do so by writing your bid number and the amount of the bid on the card.

2. Each bid MUST exceed the previous bid by at least $1.00. Bids may not be entered by anyone under the age of 19.

3. Items in the silent auction have been listed in the catalog under the booths where they will be found.

4. The booths will open for bidding at 5:30 PM and will close at various intervals throughout the evening. Closing times are posted in the catalog. Bids written after the booth closes will not be accepted.

5. A "BID OFF" will be conducted if there is a dispute at the closing of each booth. An auction "referee" will give each bidder a bid sheet to fill in one final bid. The highest bid will be accepted. Decisions by the referee are final.

6. Bid cards may not be removed from their posted locations.

7. Winning bids and bidder numbers will be highlighted on the bid cards in the booths after closing.

8. Winning bidders must pick up a copy of the bid card at the booths and proceed to the cashier for payment. The cashier will stamp the bid card copy as paid and the bidder uses this as a receipt to obtain the item or certificate after payment. The bid card copy is not the certificate.

33 In honor of our dear Patron, Angelo Giuseppe Roncalli, Pope John XXIII and Pope John Paul II's canonization on this weekend of our 30th auction, a trip to Italy is very appropriate and timely.

If you want to see as much as possible, the best place to be is in the heart of the country, close to many beautiful cities and countrysides. Residence Domus Volumnia is nestled between city and countryside, situated 2.5 miles away from the historic center of the city of Perugia, in the Umbria region in the heart of Italy. Perugia is an ideal center for touring some of the most historic and beautiful areas of central Italy. The village of Assisi, home to the beloved St. Francis and St. Clare, is a short drive to the east, while the majestic cathedral of Orvieto is to the south. The medieval city of Siena and the rolling hills of Tuscany with its vineyards and olive groves are also easy day trips.

A bit further is Rome with all its splendor, art, history, and culture — about a 2-hour drive. As part of your trip, Father Peter Mitchell's brother, Father John Paul Mitchell, who is currently a student in Rome, has agreed to meet you and offer Mass with you at St. Peter's Basilica on the morning of your choosing during your trip.

The accommodation at the Residence Domus Volumnia is one of seven units in a lovely old villa, furnished with old-style furniture and original works of art that is right for the villa. It includes air conditioning, a satellite flat-screen TV, a living room with a kitchenette and a private bathroom.

You can relax out on the grounds with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ, in the gazebo with views of the valley, or on the furnished terrace with hot tub. Indoors, you will find a gym and a relaxation area with sauna, steam bath, and hot tub. A shuttle to the station and airport is available.

39 Oral 61 Packer Season Tickets 2014 for Two You've heard about the decades-long waiting list to see the Packers at Lambeau Field. Here are some statistics that makes this package so much sweeter. A long-time Wisconsin resident waited 37 years to get the chance to become a season ticket holder. One day the letter arrived, and he coughed up $5,390 for the privilege of owning two season tickets in Sec. 128 in the southwest corner ($4,200 user fee for two bench seats and $1,190 for the 7-game green package.) The man quickly shelled out the money because there are 105,000 names below him on the waiting list. Packers Director of Public Affairs says there's a 99.9 percent renewal rate so only 119 names came off the list last year. At that rate, it could take a few hundred years to become eligible if you added your name now. Tonight's high bidder will move to the front of the list and experience all 8 of the Packer home games in 2014!!!

Home opponents include Atlanta, Carolina, New England, New York Jets, Philadelphia, Chicago, Detroit and Minnesota.

As an added bonus, the top bidder will receive a $50 gift certificate for the Stadium View and a $50 gift certificate for Kroll's courtesy of Cher-Make Sausage Co., in memory of Art Chermak. Check Electric Cher-Make Sausage Co. Value: Highest Bid
