Bicycle service for poles and feeding and along the course will be permitted under the following conditions: - Only one person with bicycle per team (one for ladies and one for men) - Bicycles will be stopped by organizers around 200 m before finish. Aure-Brekka According to FIS points distance (Arrow start) Aure-Sprint According to FIS-point list (sprint). Lowest FIS-point first start in the qualification. Trondheim Handicap start according to the standing in Toppidrettsveka PRACTICAL INFORMATION RULES AND REGULATIONS Rollerskis: All skiers must borrow skis from the organizer. All skis must be controlled and marked by SWIX. The skis will be handed out at the start area. Skis will be controlled at the start and finish. Controlled skis will be marked with a tag PRACTICAL INFORMATION RULES AND REGULATIONS - Feeding ONLY in official feeding zones and from servicepersonell on bikes permitted by the organizer - No bikes between camera and the competitors - No bikes next to or in front of the leading group - Competitors with damaged poles must wait for the service bike to change pole. - All authorized service people on bikes must wear red bibs from the organizer PRACTICAL INFORMATION RULES AND REGULATIONS - Support and service from bikes only at Hitra and Aure - Feeding stations at Hitra, Aure and Trondheim - Pole service at Hitra and Aure - IMPORTANT, keep right during the race! - Competitors breaking the race, take off the bib and deliver it back in the finish area - After the finish line, turn back in a marked corridor from the first round about. INFORMATION FROM TD - Helmets and glasses are mandatory - Mass start on ladies` race Saturday? - Athletes who are lapped at the final competition in Trondheim will be physically taken out of the competition by race commissioners along the course or from a jury member in the police car driving in front. This applies both to the women's and men's class. - Course close 5 min before start all days Bonus sprints during 47 km distance race At 10km and 30 km Bonus 30 p – 20 p – 10 points for no 1-2-3. Bonus sprints during 24 km distance race At 1km and 23 km Bonus 30 p – 20 p – 10 points for no 1-2-3. AURE It is not allowed to warm up / use the sprint-track between 15:00 and 18:45. WARM UP TRONDHEIM TRONDHEIM No warmup zones, but the ladies can use the tracks between 15:30 and up to the start of the race. Men from after the last lady crosses finish and to the start. No warm up in Munkegata and Erling Skakkesgate ACCREDITATION ACCREDITED ACCREDITED AREA AREA + ALL MEALS X SUPPORT FROM BIKE PRIORITY PARKING SUPPORT IN THE WHOLE SPRINT TRACK AT AURE DINING HOURS – DURING THE DAY HITRA Thursday 22.08 (HJORTEN HOTELL) Dinner 17:00 – 19:00 (staff / coaches only) Buffet 20:30 – 21:30 (athletes only) This is only for guests who have ordered a meal. RENTAL CARS – TRANSPORT RENTAL CARS All rental cars must be delivered at Toppidrettsveka's information desk at Royal Garden Hotel on Saturday and as early as possible. The exception is one car from the US Ski Team and one car from the Czech national team. EXPRESS BOAT TO / FROM HITRA Express boat schedule on Thursday 22.08: ATHLETES DEPARTING FROM TRONDHEIM (from Piren) 13:45 - Departure Trondheim 15:10 - Arrival Fillan (Hitra) ATHLETES DEPARTING FROM TJELDBERGODDEN 16:10 - Departure Kjørsvikbugen / Tjeldbergodden 17:00 - Arrival Fillan (Hitra) 21:40 - Departure Fillan (Hitra) 22:20 - Arrival Kjørsvikbugen / Tjeldbergodden There will be provided bus transportation to / from the express boat stop at Tjeldbergodden. Departure time information will be given at Toppidrettsveka’s informaton desk. You are free to walk or drive to the express boat stop if you prefer. In which case, the distance is about 2 kilometeres and parking spots will be provided. NB! Only athletes can use the express boat service. Coaches and staff must drive themselves, a trip that takes about 2 hours to Tjeldbergodden. TRANSPORTATION AURE - BREKKA Transportation will be arranged from / to Tjeldbergodden corresponding with the Aure – Brekka competition: - 08:30 – departure from Tjeldbergodden to the start in Aure sentrum - 10:20 – the bus departs Aure 10 minutes before the men’s mass start. Equipment can be placed in the bus and picked up at the finish. - 12:00 – departure from the finish at Brekka to Tjeldbergodden. - This bus returns back to Aure after Tjeldbergodden. Arrivaltime Aure aprox. 12:30. If your athletes need transportation, this must be adressed at Toppidrettsveka's information desk beside the hotel reception just after the TCM. If not we will risk obstruction in the field. All feeders will wear YT bibs ROLLERSKI ROLLERSKI Types Classic – Swix Triac carbon classic (standard 2) Skate – Swix Triac carbom skate (standard 2) Rollerski – warm up The organizer will not hand out rollerski to the athletes until just before start. That means that everyone must bring their own rollerski for warm up. Rollerski All the rollerskis that the athletes will use during Toppidrettsveka this year will only have Rottefella NNN binding. These bindings cover all types of shoes with the exception of the old Salomon SNS system. We do not have this system on our rollerskis this year. WATCHES ALL TRACKS ARE CLOSED FOR PUBLIC TRAFFIC, BUT REMEMBER TO KEEP RIGHT!! GOOD LUCK AND REMEMBER SPORTSMANSHIP Good Luck☺ .
