Mr. Jhilam Ray Jhilam Ray teaches Economics at the University of Burdwan, . He completed his graduation and Post-graduation from Jadavpur University, and is pursuing his PhD on Intergenerational Mobility in . He has written on issues related to Social Discrimination, Intergenerational Mobility, and Agricultural Development. His works have been published in Indian Journal of Labour Economics, Environment & Ecology as also in edited volumes. He has also co-authored chapters in several District
