CONSTANTIN BRANCUSI OF TARGU –JIU e-mail:[email protected] Abstract: If Transfăgărăşan is pearl Romanian mountains, the road easily qill be considered the diamond country landscapes, adventure and mystery. Hell 's Kitchen has developed and evolved naturally. Have no certainty of success and money required to carry out the infrastructure first and then see if investors come, so we can not blame the local authorities find here. The difficulties encountered in implementing funding programs made for funds to obtain hard enough. In this paper, I will briefly mention some ideas that could make the two cities, the holder of administratively to Rancière, the burgeoning tourist development area of Gorj County. I sincerely hope uhat there is among us and other people with vision who want to stand up and take action to provide a decent future for our children. Keywords: tourism, adventures, mystery, evolded naturally. Clasification JEL : M40, M41 1. Introduction: Parang Mountains is one of the main mountain ranges in Gorj county, the highest peak of Oltenia - Parângul Mare (2519 m). This chain with 14 peaks over 2000 meters and heights a beautiful glacial lakes, beyond the limits of Gorj. This is Hell's Kitchen, one of the regions of Romania to be considered blessed in terms of natural beauty at the foot of Bath Iron Novac settlements and to the top of the doll (2508 meters) where opportunities are opened in front of amateur adventure tourists are how much, on so interesting. The natural area is part of the picture Rânca tourism potential with great complexity, diversity and attractive landscaping, this is reflected in the structure and value: geological structure manifested mountainous and sub forms, different in appearance, the river (valley narrow, steep slopes) and forest cover which occupies most of the surface [1]. Hell's Kitchen is the most spacious and comfortable area in Parang mountains area and is a huge tourist potential, already stated in weather stations and rest with continuous operation. Hell's Kitchen is an inspired choice both in winter and summer, especially for tourists who want to escape the busy city for a few days and spend moments of relaxation. 2. Rânca Resort - a destination for adventure lovers but also for those who want to enjoy the tranquility Ranca is located at an altitude of about 1,600 m on the southern slopes of Parang Mountains near the top Corneş Mare, just 62 km northeast of Targu Jiu. The geographical position of the area and the recent arrangement of the old Trans - Alpine route easy advantage in attracting tourists minimum 6 counties, Gorj, Mehedinti, Dolj, Olt, Valcea, Arges and partly in Bucharest, tourists avoid covering the additional distance 70-100 km in the Jiu Valley resorts Rusu and Straja - Farkaslaka Petrosani, 140 km to resort Păltiniş Olt Defile or 100-130 km on the DN1 crowded resorts in the Prahova Valley [2]. So mountainous area called Hell's Kitchen resort is a piece of heaven for those who want to retire in nature, but is also a place full of history. Is known since Roman times, when to reach the Dacian fortresses Drastic, soldiers built the road will Trajan in 101 AD Thus began the story of a path connecting the two parts of Romania, a journey that takes your breath away with the beauty and purity of the landscape. „ACADEMICA BRÂNCUŞI” PUBLISHER, ISSN 2344 – 3685/ISSN-L 1844 - 7007 36 Annals of the „Constantin Brâncuşi” University of Târgu Jiu, Economy Series, Special Issue/2014- Information society and sustainable development DN 67C, as shown in the current documents, is the highest alpine road in our country, and is known by some and as "the King's Highway" because it was rebuilt during the wars of King Charles II. After reconstruction in 1933, has been road rehabilitation during the Second World War, the Germans needed this access route for military reasons. Since then no one has put a stone in the pavement of the access roads by the year 2011. Dubbed therefore DN 67C, this road connects Novac Sebes. It is a little known trail which sometimes rises to over 2,000 meters - Urdele Pass (2,141 meters), but it is extremely beautiful and wild [2]. However, as a state, Hell's Kitchen was established as a tourist destination since 1930. Resort was born thanks to Dumitru Brezulescu who decided that this is a good place for tourism. The young man joined in 1902 in a project villages Gorj transformed over the years, the most popular bank interwar Romania. Even the five cottages were built Rânca People's Bank funds "Gilort" (the name comes from the river that flows from the Parang Mountains, crossing Novaciul and flows into Jiu) [3]. During this period, more than 60 years, paving and road bridges were continuously degraded. Only a quarter of the road crossing the Parang Mountains was asphalt. On some portions Transalpina was a real test of endurance for machinery and a test of strength and skill for drivers who dared to pass through sharp rocks or straight into the abyss. The trail was easier traveled by bicycle or motorbike. If Transfăgărăşan is pearl Romanian mountains, the road will easily be considered the diamond country landscapes, adventure and mystery. Today, the road is paved at 100%. Access can be either Novaci or Sebes, either Olt Valley - Brezoi - Voineasa - otter - Obârşiile Lotrului. National Road 67C was upgraded from Sebes, Alba county and Bengeşti, Gorj county, under a project entitled "Trans Alpina". Officials in White says the project will exceed in size, difficulty of implementation and the famous Transfagarasan price. The nearly 150 miles of road were covered with asphalt and roadway width, according to the project should be at least eight feet (even serpentine). Even if these promises have been met, the road has become one of the most popular in the country because of the beauty and the spectacular area. Accommodation in the area is no longer a problem in the mountain Ranca the kind accommodations, hostels, hotels, chalets and holiday houses or villas that you can rent or reserve online. Most accommodation options are in Hell's Kitchen, states with nearly 5,000 places for tourists, scattered in three hotels (one to four stars, three other stars) and over 400 hostels and holiday homes tour regime. Prices of accommodation practiced here start from £ 20 for one person, per night, and get to £ 150, depending on the category of tourist unit. The average price of accommodation in a hostel but three daisies is £ 50 per night, and for a day full board is added £ 60-100 per/person. Who wants to be staying at the other end of the portion spectacular Transalpine, that is close to Obârşia Lotrului has far fewer options available (if you exclude the possibility of finding an accommodation in the resort Voineasa). Pensions Oaşa lakeside heaven on average £ 120 per night for a double room. About the same rates are applied and the few hostels in Obârşia Lotrului There are also a very cheap option Chalet Şureanu, lying west of Lake Oaşa, 18 km away, where a bed costs just £ 7 per night. Unless you are willing to sleep in a bed old military with three or seven people in the room, and a shower outside in the open air. Usually tourists who arrive in the area on the road will go Gorjului to Rânca mountain resort and forget to wonder what's next after this stop. Transalpina bypasses Peak doll, then they think adventurers reached the clouds. The highest point of the road is Urdele Pass, which reaches a height of 2,141 meters. Dizziness gives mountaintop clouds walking above you and you feel that you ruler over all the land. The colors and shades of autumn fill their soul with peace, one infinite blue raptor furrow High. In the Transalpina there are several glacial lakes, of which the best known is Lake Galcescu. With an area of 3.2 hectares, Lake Galcescu is the longest glacier lake in Gorj County. The maximum depth of ten meters. It is situated at an altitude of 1,950 meters and is naturally populated with fish. Around Lake Nature Reserve protects rare as the flower -de- corner and wild peony. Name of the lake comes from the tangled trail through jnepi and junipers that leads to the lake, a place where the river flows Lotru. Abundant fauna did not need artificial stocking of Lake Galcescu. It can be reached easily from Obârşia Lotrului Chalet, located ten minutes walk from the waterfall. Also, less than an hour walk from the chalet „ACADEMICA BRÂNCUŞI” PUBLISHER, ISSN 2344 – 3685/ISSN-L 1844 - 7007 37 Annals of the „Constantin Brâncuşi” University of Târgu Jiu, Economy Series, Special Issue/2014- Information society and sustainable development Obârşia Lotrului to Rânca Iezerul Lake is sitting at 1,900 meters altitude, near the springs Gilortului. • Arrangement Transalpina - Example Concrete Implementation of an Integrated System of Supply to Improve the Image Oltenia Tourism
Annals of the „Constantin Brâncuşi” University of Târgu Jiu, Economy Series, Issue 1/2012 ARRANGEMENT TRANSALPINA - EXAMPLE CONCRETE IMPLEMENTATION OF AN INTEGRATED SYSTEM OF SUPPLY TO IMPROVE THE IMAGE OLTENIA TOURISM Enea Constanta Associate Professor Ph.D, “Constantin Brancusi” University of Targu-Jiu, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration Enea Constantin Associate Professor Ph.D, “Constantin Brancusi” University of Targu-Jiu, Faculty of Low Abstract: With EU accession, Romania will follow the development of convergence with EU policies both in real terms and as absolute values. The process of reducing disparities in Romania is maintaining sustained growth rates during 2007 - 2013, keeping at the same time, macroeconomic equilibrium levels more stable. The determining factor for economic growth, on the open market a competitor, is to increase economic competitiveness. In addition, exploitation of competitive advantages must be a permanent objective, taking into account both European trends, and the challenges of globalization. Therefore, increasing competitiveness should not be viewed as a process of exploitation of short-term advantages (eg low cost of labor), but as a process of building an economic structure based on capital investment and research processes, development and innovation. In other words, articulating a vision of convergence on medium and long term need to consider developing a knowledge-based economy. Although substantial progress in recent years, Romania has serious gaps in competitiveness in relation to the Western and Central Europe. The reasons for this sluggishness can be found in all the elements that determine the competitive ability. All are translated, ultimately, in a low productivity, which defines competitiveness problem in Romania.
