It should be read in conjunction with drawings prepared by Ayre Chamberlain Gaunt as submitted to Basingstoke and Deane Council for this application submission. The site is located toward the east of Basingstoke city centre on the outskirts of Old Basing in Nately Scures. The site is presently occupied by Nately Towers, a late 19th century large residential property. This application seeks to re-develop part of the property’s grounds; dividing the existing property’s grounds and constructing a new dwelling with garden.
