The event had been scheduled to take place at Piers Park but had to be re-located due to the weather. Organizer Lilliana Arteaga brought playgroups from Countdown to Kindergarten, Stand for Children, Boston Public Library and Read Boston together to enjoy a festival of food, friendship and fun. Food was provided by the families and local groups. Activities included face painting, story time, farewell Circle Time and games.
