LǐǗdž BdžLjNJǏǔ HdžǓdž SǖǎǎdžǓ MNJǔǔNJǐǏ TǓNJǑ Love Begins Here (LBH) is a local summer mission trip for teens that provides an opportunity to encounter Jesus in a life-changing way through week long, local mission trips where they live in Catholic community and continue His work on earth. Missionaries serve at different service sites throughout the week, and work can include weeding, paint- ing, visiting and playing games with nursing home residents, lifting items, cleaning, raking, yard work, sorting clothes/ food for local shelters and other simple acts with great love for those in the community.

LBH operates around three main pillars, similar to the Mis- sionaries of Charity (the order founded by ):  Prayer: Missionaries attend daily Mass, pray the Rosary, have time for daily personal prayer, and weekly Confession and Adoration  Service: Missionaries serve anyone in need: the local par- ish, individuals, and community organizations  Community: Each day has time for fun and sharing with the LBH community and individual parish groups

Week 1 is June 27-July 2; Week 2 is July 11-July 16 at lo- cations to be determined. The cost is $150 per high school teen. SMV currently has four teen spots reserved for each week. TǐǕǖǔ Tǖǖǔ MNJǔǔNJǐǏǂǓǚ TǓǂNJǏNJǏLj Totus Tuus is a summer youth mission dedi- cated to sharing the Gospel and promoting the Catholic faith through evangelization, catech- esis, Christian witness, and Eucharistic wor- ship. The mission of Totus Tuus is to inspire in young people entering first through twelfth grade a true longing for holiness, a deep de- sire for daily conversion, and an openness to their vocation by constantly challenging them to give them- selves entirely to Jesus through Mary and continually strengthen their prayer lives in imitation of Her. Each Totus Tuus missionary must be a high school graduate, as well as a confirmed, practicing Catholic, have a desire to work with youth, the ability to lift at least 30 lbs. and keep up with the rigorous demands of the program.
