FIELD DEVELOPMENTS SYRIAN ARAB REPUBLIC NORTH EAST AND NORTH WEST SYRIA ٢٠٢٠ September ٧- ١ Violations committed by ٦٩٤ the Regime and its Russian ally of the ceasefire truce ٢٠٢٠ September ٧ March Control Parties ٥ After the Turkish and Russian Presidents reached the ceasefire truce agreement in Idleb Governorate on the warplanes of the regime and its Russian ally didn’t bomb North Western Syria ever since; yet the regime ;٢٠٢٠ Russian ;٢٠٢٠ June ٢ continued targeting the cities and towns there with heavy artillery and rocket launchers; on warplanes have again bombed northwestern Syria, along with the regime which continued targeting NW Syria with heavy artillery and rocket launchers. Through its network of enumerators, the Assistance Coordination Unit ACU .violations of the truce committed by the regime and its Russian ally as of the date of this report ٦٩٤ documented There has been no change in the control map over the past week; Turkish soldiers were shot by unknown assailants Turkish soldier was killed and another was wounded, In the central area of Idleb ١ in the town of Motaram, where governorate, the regime forces shelled with heavy artillery and missiles of the ground launchers the city of Ariha others. In northern Lattakia countryside, the regime forces targeted with heavy ٨ civilians and injuring ٢ killing artillery the axes of the towns of Samera, Sallor, Sharura, Shamerwaran, Hilwet – Sharn, and Tal Al Kilani town. The Regime shelling led to having huge fires breaking out in the surrounding forests. SDF also moved camp near the city of Al-Malikeyyeh. A child died in Hole camp as a result of suffering from a heat stroke and the lack of adequate health care within the camp. trucks loaded with military and logistical equipment for US forces entered from Iraq to Syria through Al-Walid crossing. Russian ٥٠ ,In the northern countryside of Al-Hasakeh forces tried to establish a military base near Hiyaka town, but the residents of the town prevented the Russian forces from establishing the base forcing the Russian forces to and is ٢١٣ schools out of ١٣٧ withdraw to Quamishli city. SDF and the regime are in a race to take control of the schools in Al-Hasakeh governorate, where SDF took control over seeking to have its own curricula taught at the schools instead of that of the regime. In the meanwhile, the regime is working on having the students registered in schools under its control where its curriculum is taught. Each party is trying to spread its own false propaganda among children. In the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor, clashes took place between SDF and the residents of Basira city; the clashes came as a result of SDF burning the motorcycles confiscated from the residents. SDF reopened a water crossing on the Euphrates River in the town of Shiheil, linking SDF controlled areas to the regime controlled areas. The water crossing was closed two months ago as part of the campaign launched earlier to confront terrorism. Once the crossing was opened, trucks loaded with barley arrived in the regime areas from SDF controlled areas through this water crossing.
