Russian ٥٠ ,In the northern countryside of Al-Hasakeh forces tried to establish a military base near Hiyaka town, but the residents of the town prevented the Russian forces from establishing the base forcing the Russian forces to and is ٢١٣ schools out of ١٣٧ withdraw to Quamishli city. SDF and the regime are in a race to take control of the schools in Al-Hasakeh governorate, where SDF took control over seeking to have its own curricula taught at the schools instead of that of the regime. In the meanwhile, the regime is working on having the students registered in schools under its control where its curriculum is taught. Each party is trying to spread its own false propaganda among children. In the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor, clashes took place between SDF and the residents of Basira city; the clashes came as a result of SDF burning the motorcycles confiscated from the residents. SDF reopened a water crossing on the Euphrates River in the town of Shiheil, linking SDF controlled areas to the regime controlled areas. The water crossing was closed two months ago as part of the campaign launched earlier to confront terrorism. Once the crossing was opened, trucks loaded with barley arrived in the regime areas from SDF controlled areas through this water crossing.
