Property Revaluation TOWN OF ACTON PRELIMINARY CERTIFICATION OF PROPERTY VALUES The Board of Assessors recently announced that they have received preliminary certification of all real and personal property for fiscal year 2021 pending Department of Revenue Final Certification, and the new assessed values are available to the public for review. A thorough review of calendar 2019 sales, indicate a 1% increase for single family homes and a 2-3 % for most condominiums. Commercial and industrial properties are stabile with little or no changes in their valuation after careful review of income, expense and vacancy analysis. Reports listing the new assessments are available on the Town website starting November 23, 2020 through December 1, 2020. All inquiries will be answered through December 1, 2020.
