Fino a domenica 17 maggio il Foro Italico ospita gli Internazionali d’Italia. Dieci di giorni di grande Tennis, imperdibili per tutti gli appassionati. Sull’onda lunga della ribalta dedicata a quest’evento, anche l’Asta di Stelle nello Sport, per l’intera settimana (sino alle ore 13 di martedì 12 maggio), sarà dedicata alla disciplina più volte protagonista nella nostra Regione grazie all’Aon Open Challenger-Memorial Giorgio Messina (ogni anno in settembre), alla Grande Sfida (ottobre 2014), alle finali di serie A a squadre (dicembre 2014) e alla Fed Cup (febbraio 2015). Grazie alla collaborazione di Federica Messina, dei circoli genovesi Park Tennis e TC Genova, ci sarà la possibilità di aggiudicarsi maglie davvero speciali. I due migliori tennisti italiani non rinunciano all’opportunità di lanciare forte messaggio benefico per Gigi Ghirotti e Areo onlus. Ecco, entrambe autografate, la maglia Park di Fabio Fognini, usata in uno degli incontri disputati nel novembre 2014, e la maglia personale di Andreas Seppi. Insieme a loro, i loro compagni di squadra Gianluca Mager, Gianluca Naso e Alessandro Giannessi.     MEMÒriA ESPORTIVA Memòria Esportiva del Tennis Català L’any tennístic 2005 ha estat marcat per l’eclosió mundial del fenomen Rafael Nadal, que va aconse- guir al Trofeu Conde de Godó de Barcelona, el triomf que el va projectar internacionalment tot just abans de guanyar el seu primer Grand Slam a Roland Garros. L’impacte mediàtic del jugador del RCT Barcelona-1899 s’ha sumat a altres variables que han fet incrementar l’interès pel tennis, i el que és més important, el nombre de practicants del nostre esport. La majoria de les escoles del clubs catalans han experimentat, amb major o menor intensitat, un augment en el nombre d’alumnes a les seves classes, especialment entre les edats més joves. Aquest bon moment del tennis de base es reflecteix en les dades de la Federació Catalana de Tennis (FCT), que va tancar el 2005 amb el nombre de llicències més alt dels darrers 10 anys; un total de 36.717 jugadors federats a tot Catalunya, amb un destacable increment en el cas del tennis femení. El tennis català s’ha enfortit no tan sols a nivell de practicants, sinó també de competició amb l’or- ganització d’un total de 15 tornejos internacionals masculins i 6 femenins, a més de tots els Campionats de Catalunya, oberts i socials inclosos dins el calendari oficial de competicions de la FCT. Més enllà de l’àmbit competitiu, la FCT va impulsar també el primer Campionat de Tennis per a Empreses i, amb la voluntat d’introduir la pràctica del tennis a altres col.lectius i edats, ha continuat treballant amb els seus programes de tennis a les escoles, tennis a les presons, tennis en cadira de rodes amb la magnífica tasca de José Aguado, i tennis per a disminuits psíquics liderat per Sergi Bruguera en col.lasboració amb l'ACELL.

    1 Il Park Tennis Club riparte alla grande: successo sui campi del Circolo Canottieri Aniene di Redazione 15 Ottobre 2017 – 19:52 Genova. Inizia nel migliore dei modi la nuova avventura dei campioni d’Italia in carica del Park Tennis Club Genova nel campionato nazionale di Serie A1, con un successo fuori casa contro il Circolo Canottieri Aniene. Il primo parkiota a scendere in campo è stato il promettente Lorenzo Musetti, classe 2002 e all’esordio assoluto in A1, battuto dal più esperto Liam Caruana. Da lì in poi è stato Park show: Pablo Andujar, ex Davisman della Spagna ed ex 30 al mondo, tornato a vestire i colori gialloblù a distanza di due stagioni, ha letteralmente disinnescato Flavio Cipolla, lasciando poi a Mager le palle del sorpasso. Il sanremese, con una prestazione sontuosa, ha avuto la meglio su Gianluigi Quinzi e ha così portato il Park sul 2-1. Al 3-1 ha pensato il “signor garanzia”, com’è stato ribattezzato in via Zara,Alessandro Giannessi: sotto di un set contro Matteo Berrettini, ha reagito alla sua maniera nei due successivi, chiudendo 3/6 7/6 6/4. Il punto decisivo di giornata lo ha portato l’inedito tandem Giannessi-Basso, che si è imposto 10-8 al super tie break contro Quinzi e Caruana. Inutile nell’economia del risultato finale la vittoria dei romani Berrettini-Cipolla su Moncagatto-Musetti. Park batte Aniene 4-2 edomenica prossima in via Zara Genova24.it - 1 / 3 - 27.09.2021 2 marcherà visita il Tennis Club Pistoia, reduce dal pesante stop casalingo contro il Palermo.
