To protect its goodwill, UP shall actively prosecute any person or entity engaged in these kinds of activity. UP units, recognized student organizations, accredited academic and admi istrative organizations, and affiliated foundations may continue to use these arks in accordance with existing guidelines. Non-UP organizations and private industry who wish to use these marks shall seek license from the Office of the Vice Pres dent for Academic Affairs through the Technology Transfer and Business Dev lopment Office (TTBDO)..
