SHRI RAJKUMAR DHOOT to move for leave to introduce a Bill to The Homeless provide for the welfare measures for the homeless citizens living on the Pavement Dwellers pavements of roads, under the bridges, flyovers, bus stops, railway yards, in (Welfare) Bill, 2011. parks or under the open sky in any public place in the Metropolitan Cities and other urban areas, to be undertaken by the State and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto.

The Illegal 5. SHRI RAJKUMAR DHOOT to move for leave to introduce a Bill to Immigrants and provide for the establishment of an Authority at the national level for Missing Foreign identification and deportation of illegal immigrants who have come generally Nationals from the neighbouring countries in India and have settled in various parts of the Identification and country thereby increasing the burden on national resources and also to identify Deportation and deport the foreign nationals who go missing after coming to India after the Authority of India expiry of their visa period and many of such immigrants and foreign nationals Bill, 2011. are threat to the national security and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto.

The Constitution 20. FURTHER CONSIDERATION of the following motion moved by (Amendment) Bill, Shri Bhagat Singh Koshyari on the 27th April, 2012:- 2010 (insertion of new article 371J). "That the Bill further to amend the Constitution of India, be taken into consideration".

SHRI BHAGAT SINGH KOSHYARI to move that the Bill be passed.

The Freedom of 21. DR. AKHILESH DAS GUPTA to move that the Bill to provide Earning Livelihood complete freedom to earn livelihood to the hawkers, vendors, potters Bill, 2010. kabariwallas, cycle rickshaw and cart pullers, roadside eateries, machanics, fish and chicken outlets, patriwallas, etc., by prohibiting the local police and personnel of local bodies from impounding or taking away the tools, wares, stuff, cycle rickshaw, cart, rehri, etc, so as to enable the poverty stricken and unemployed youth and other citizens to earn their livelihood without fear and feed their dependent families and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto, be taken into consideration.
