2018 Rosado Terra Alta Vineyard 2018 Rosado Terra Alta Vineyard APPELLATION: Clements Hills-Lodi VINEYARD: Terra Alta Vineyard COMPOSITION: 85% Garnacha; 15% Tempranillo CLONE SELECTION: Rioja and Duero FERMENTATION: 100% Neutral French Oak AGING: 5 months in Neutral French Oak TECH: Alc: 13.6% pH: 3.32 TA: 5.75g/l SOIL TYPE: Volcanic, Gravelly Clay Loam HARVESTED: August 16 and September 3, 2018 BOTTLING: January 2019 PRODUCTION: 246 cases produced SUGGESTED RETAIL: $18 per bottle GRAPES: Sustainably Farmed CERTIFICATION: Certified Green by the Lodi Rules Program TASTING NOTES This is our second vintage of our Garnacha and Tempranillo Rosado and this wine is a fan favorite. A complex and beautifully balanced Rose, the wine sparkles with colors of salmon, rose gold, and pale ruby. A bouquet of rose petal, nectarine, and strawberry cream lead to secondary aromas of misted concrete and earth. Our Rosado has intense tropical flavors of kiwi, nectarine and under-ripe strawberry. This wine has a long, zippy, and weighty finish that leaves you wanting more. Liz suggests pairing this with melon wrapped with Prosciutto. ROSADO/ROSÉ WINE FACTS & HISTORY Rosés have been popular throughout the Mediterranean since time immemorial. Countries such as Spain and France take their Rosés seriously; contrasting the hot, arid summer climate with the wine’s cool, crisp freshness. Rosés are also extremely food-friendly, combining graciously with Spanish tapas as well as lengthy, afternoon meals. GREEN CERTIFICATION This wine was produced from green certified vineyards. The “Lodi Rules for Sustainable Winegrowing Practices” is the most recognized third-party vineyard certification program in the industry. In order for a vineyard to be certified green under Lodi Rules, a grower must monitor and record their farming practices and achieve a minimum, quantifiable score in several categories. “Our Catalan roots have inspired our dream to produce Spanish Varietal Wines in California. Enjoy a Taste of Spain with us! Salut! ” -Markus and Liz Bokisch www.BokischVineyards.com ~ [email protected] ~ 209-334-4338 ph .

Columbia Restaurant & the Gonzmart Family’s Wine Philosophy At the Columbia Restaurant we believe the relationship of wine and food is an essential part of the dining experience and that two aspects of elegant dining deserve specialized attention: The preparation and serving of the cuisine and the selection of the finest wines and stemware to accompany it. In keeping with our tradition of serving the most elegant Spanish dishes, we have chosen to feature a collection of Spain's finest wines and a selection of American wines, sparkling whites and Champagne. Our wines are stored in our wine cellar in a climate controlled environment at 55° Fahrenheit with 70% humidity. The Columbia Restaurant’s wine list represents 4th and 5th generation, owner and operators, Richard and Andrea Gonzmart’s lifetime involvement in their family’s business. Their passion for providing guests the best wines from Spain, as well as their personal favorites from California, are reflected in every selection. They believe wines should be affordable and represent great value. Columbia Restaurant's variety of wines illustrates the depth of knowledge and concern the Gonzmart family possesses, by keeping abreast of the wine market in the United States and by traveling to Spain. This is all done for the enjoyment of our guests. We are confident that you will find the perfect wine to make your meal a memorable one. EE.UU. + Canadá igualan a Reino Unido + Alemania en 2012 . Event introduction: You are a key player in the Danish / Baltic wine industry. Because of that, the Lleida Chamber of Commerce and the Catalonia Government wish invite you to the XIV International Wine Business Meetings. The International Wine Business Meetings is an event organized by the Lleida Chamber of Commerce that in 2020 reaches the XIV edition. Until now, more than 275 wineries from over all the Spanish regions took part in the event, with an average participation of 25 wineries from more than 20 origin denominations (DO). Additionally, more than 165 importers from countries like United States, Canada, China, Japan, South Korea, Russia, Hong Kong, Philippines, Thailand or Vietnam took part of the event in last editions. In past editions, we use to design a program of business meetings, tastings, and private meetings to cellars. However, the current situation with SARS-CoV-2 has induced us to celebrate the event in a virtual format. More specifically, it will consist of receiving samples of wines from wineries of your interest and having online interviews and tastings with them. For further information about this event, follow this link. ¿When? ¿Why to participate? - From 26th to 30th Octobrer 2020. - Because the wine industry is the third most important subsector in the agrifood industry in Catalonia, with a sales value over 1.000 milion euros. The quality commitment that comes from the wine sector and from the institutions has allowed wines for continuous improvement in quality levels and health. - 45% of the production is sold to international markets, mainly in the European Union.
