2019 CAROLINA HURRICANES DRAFT GUIDE Rogers Arena • Vancouver, B.C. Round 1: Friday, June 21 – 8 P.M. ET (NBCSN) Hurricanes pick: 28th overall Rounds 2-7: Saturday, June 22 – 1 P.M. The first round of the NHL Draft begins on Friday, June 21 at Rogers Arena in Vancouver and will be televised on NBCSN at 8 p.m. ET. Rounds 2-7 will take place on Saturday, June 22 at 1 p.m. ET and will be televised on NHL Network. The Hurricanes made six selections in the 2018 NHL Draft in Dallas, including second-overall pick Andrei Svechnikov.
