Instructions: 1. Weigh all ingredients separately. 2. Combine honey, brown rice syrup, salt, vanilla and butter in a heavy bottom sauce pot. 3. Combine almonds, peanuts, walnuts, crisped quinoa, barley flakes, apricots and craisins in a mixing bowl. 4. Set aside a candy thermometer as well as a 9x13 baking dish, greased with parchment in the bottom. 5. In the sauce pot bring the binder ingredients to a simmer. 6. Cook the mixture until it reaches 252°F. 7. Remove from the heat once it reaches temperature. 8. Pour the syrup mixture into the bowl and mix with a rubber spatula until well combined. 9.
