Participants were asked to fill out both an individual questionnaire and to participate in groups to fill out a group questionnaire. There were a total of 54 paper questionnaires, and 15 group questionnaires. The questionnaire was also made available for more than 2 weeks online so that community members who could not attend could provide feedback. There were a total of 3,663 online questionnaires completed.
