The album debuted at number 25 on the Billboard 200 in the United States. 2017 release. Prince Royce embodies the new wave of Latin music. Combining tropical and mainstream sounds with poetic lyrics in both English and Spanish, this heartthrob has taken the industry by storm. The twenty-seven-year-old Bronx-born Royce has had eleven #1 songs on Billboard’s Latin Songs chart and enjoyed numerous weeks at #1 on Billboard’s Latin Albums chart with his first three albums, along with over 3 billion streams. Students from at least 15 CSU campuses arrived at Long Beach on Tuesday and prepared to protest the board of trustees. They began by making posters and signs and received a “know your rights training” for safety. “There is an overwhelming amount of excitement from all students to oppose this tuition hike,” said Luis Cervantes, San Jose State Associated Students Director of Community and Sustainability. Students woke up the next day at four in the morning and made their way toward the Offi ce of the Chancellor where they prepared to greet the trustees. Once they arrived at the Offi ce of the Chancellor, students wore caps and gowns with large posters around their necks as price tags. Signs read “Death by debt” and “$70 in debt.” Students created make-shift tombstones on the front lawn. The tombstones read “Here lies CSU Long Beach” and “R.I.P. Among them, three writers from the so called Edad de Plata stood out to break the silence and isolation of exile and raise their voices: María Zambrano, María Teresa León and Rosa Chacel. They are considered central figures of Spanish Modernism, and the latter two also pertain to the Generación del 27. Their most representative autobiographical works, Delirio y destino, Memoria de la Melancolía and Alcancía, can be classified in three different self writing genres: autobiographical novel, autobiography, and diary, respectively. With a diverse theoretical framework and an interdisciplinary approach, key terms such as ‘‘exile,’’ ‘‘memory,’’ and ‘‘gender’’ are taken as the main concepts that directly affect the writing on issues related to authority, discourse, and the construction of national and self identity. Special attention is paid to time/space frameworks (chronotopes), traumatic memory, rhetoric and discourse strategies of self-representation (body metaphors, chronological gaps, specific themes, etc.). The experience of exile is not only the point of departure and leitmotiv of these texts, but also is the breakpoint that shows, in many different ways, the paradox of unspeakability in the traumatic cultural divisions of twentieth century Spain.

Una experiencia de expresión de sentimientos resentación Queridos amigas y amigos: P Es para este Ayuntamiento una satisfacción presentar este documento recopilatorio de cartas a los hijos e hijas, escritas en los Talleres para Madres y Padres del Programa de Convivencia y Prevención del Acoso Escolar que este Ayuntamiento puso en marcha hace tres años. Antes era muy cotidiano tomar cuartilla y boli y escribir una carta a quienes amábamos, pero de un tiempo a esta parte la técnica, las prisas y también la rapidez en la comunicación nos ha hecho olvidarnos de esta actividad que tenía mucho más sentido que el mero hecho de comunicar sentimientos o noticias. Era el momento de sentarnos con nosotros mismos, muchas veces en la noche, con relajo y sin interrupciones. El momento de ponernos a pensar en la persona querida y conversar en silencio con ella a través del blanco del papel. En estas situaciones, incluso alguna lágrima emborronaba la tinta. Las EMOCIONES y la EXPRESIÓN DE SENTIMIENTOS son temas difíciles de enseñar porque son facetas de la vida íntima y porque necesariamente hay que sentir para transmitir sentimiento. Las cosas que tienen que ver con esta parcela de nuestras vidas suele quedar “en casa” y aunque son muy importantes no son siempre expresadas. Por eso, estos temas han sido uno de los objetivos de trabajo de los Talleres para Madres y Padres que organiza y desarrolla el equipo de profesionales de la Delegación de Educación, Infancia y Adolescencia.
